Google5John is professional, courteous, and prompt. He was able to not only replace both our tension springs, but also re-align our door/tracks. He provided education on proper functionality and preventive maintenance. Really grateful for his same day service and work ethic. Highly recommend!

Google5John from JP garage Door is a true professional with his customers as his primary focus. His work is 5+++ stars. I am a home inspector, so details are very important to me, and John addressed all my concerns in perfecf excellence. I can go on and on about this young man, I am very impressed with his work etiquette, and willingness to ensure the job was satisfactory to his customer. If you are on the fence about choosing an installer - look no more, John is the man that will not let you down.

Yelp1So for starters do not trust these people. I order 2 garage doors from these people paid them 4700 dollars to get scammed out of my money. Tried to call and get an answer and every time my calls go to voicemail. I ordered my doors in december of 2022 and now it is July of 2023 and still nothing from anybody. This is the most untrust worthy and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommed these scum bags to my worst enemies. please be vigilant of crooks like them.

Google5My mom's garage door motor is really old and the remotes no longer worked, likely due to a failing receiver board. She called and Johnathan came out the same day to inspect the unit and offered different options and his prices. She decided to get a new motor and he came back the next day for the replacement. He is very communicative and from what I noticed, very professional and polite. I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone I know that may need garage door assistance!
