They were very responsive on the phone and arrived when they said they would. Excellent to work with from the start. He was done in minutes on the first trip out and the garage doors were sounding and working great. He explained what he had done and that he could do the same to the third but that it was the most used door (it was) and that it would need to be replaced within a year or two so he gave me the option of servicing it or replacing it. I chose to have it replaced. He came back exactly when he said he would and the bill I received in the mail was exactly what he said it would be. I'm not even sure if he charged me for the routine maintenance? This was actually the second time I used the company. Having never had garage doors, I couldn't figure out how to program the openers and needed a couple new ones. (Laugh away but I couldn't figure it out.) I called them and they explained they could send someone out and charge me for a service call or I could drive to them and they could sell me the openers for a few bucks and show me how to program them myself. I drove out there, they charged me a few bucks, explained it to me in simple terms, and I was on my way. I'd highly recommend them to anybody. Services Rendered: I moved into a home with a three car garage. They were sounding worse and worse so I called Nask. They came out and did maintenance on two and replaced the opener on a third--after giving me the option of doing maintenance on something that would need to be replaced within a year or two.

Called them to come out and fix what seems to be an installer defect. Came out and basically jiggled the sensors. We never heard anything back from the company and received a $104.00 bill. This is disconcerting because God forbid we had a $1000 bill after no follow up call or approval to go ahead with the work. After calling 3 times and talking to 3 different people I got an answer saying that the $104.00 is their base service charge for coming out (seems oddly specific and a bit high for a base charge). I then called back trying to say we had just moved in and the problem had not been fixed. I reached the tech Francis and was told he would call me back in a couple hours. That was 2 weeks ago. This company has the worst customer service. If I were to compare them to anyone I would say that they are the comcast of garage door companies. Use someone else. Nask removed two old single doors, tracks, etc., hauled them away, and installed 2 new Wayne Dalton steel carriage-style garage doors. The new doors took about 3 weeks to arrive when we gave the down payment on the order. Both of our electric door openers were in good shape so Danny (installer) hooked them up to the new doors. Joe Nask and Danny were professional and thoroughly competent. And the price I received from them was significantly lower than other quotes I had received for the same door. Nask is a large company in West Chester, always busy and does a lot of work for the major home builders in the area as well as commercial work. I found them easy to deal with and the doors look great and work perfectly. I can see how they might not always be the quickest to respond (due to their workload), but if you work with them, you will get a great installation at a great price. Services Rendered: Installed 2 new garage doors.

After two weeks of missed phone calls (no messages left), someone showed up when I was home and performed an estimate; however, they did not ring the doorbell to have me give them a good look at the damage. I received a reasonable estimate and was was told someone would call me with a date to schedule the work ... it's been two weeks, no call. They are not getting my business. Services Rendered: I damaged two panels of the garage door after backing into it. I found the number for this company on the door and tried them first. However, their poor communication and lack of response have made me look elsewhere.

The worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. My garage opening is slightly not square, so I needed someone to install a door that could accommodate a two inch drop from one side of the opening to the other. Nash Door came out and measured the opening and said that they could do the job. But when they installed the door four weeks later, the door did not fit the opening! Even with a thick rubber strip at the bottom, there was a large gap on one side running several feet. I insisted that the installer not leave without fixing the gap, but he left anyway. They came back once to try and fix it, but because it was raining, the work wasn't done. They never came back or contacted me after that. No apologies, no nothing! To summarize, they measured the opening for the door, took my deposit of $680, installed a door that didn't fit, and left. Services Rendered: Installed new garage door.

Extremlly poor and unprofessional. Services Rendered: Attempting to arrange installation we encountered the owner who hollered at us on the phone and was completely and totally rude and unprofessional. Others in my area have had similar experiences.
