Google5Garage door opener failed after 15 years. Called Precision Door Service immediately (they installed the opener 15 years ago) and was scheduled with a tech the same day. The technician, Aaron Bean, arrived in less than an hour. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We discussed the options and I decided for a new system. He installed it in less than 2 hours. He did an excellent job and was respectful of the property and my time. He explained the functionality and features succinctly and clearly. The entire experience was outstanding! Highly recommend Precision Door Service and Aaron Bean!

Google5Excellent communication and easy service set up. The technician, Josh, showed up on time and diagnosed the numerous problems I was having with my garage door very easily. Had all parts and equipment on hand to make repairs in 2 hours. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Google5Precision Garage Door of SJ provides excellent service for any and all garage door needs you may have. My 20+ yr old metal door required new rollers, new springs and mechanical lifting assemblies. John arrived on time (as well providing me with advance notice of arrival), carefully assessed the work and presented me with all options. Once I decided, the work was executed efficiently and flawlessly in under 2 hours. Quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations!! My garage door now operates smoothly and as if it were new - an incredible experience beginning to end!
