Google5Fantastic service, knowledge & professionalism. I called AJ on Sunday & he came on Monday. AJ & his assistant replaced the tension springs in about 25 minutes. He even adjusted the distance of retraction & drop of the door. Honestly, he could have done this job in his sleep. Very talented & would highly recommend this craftsman for any garage door repair. Thank you for your quick response.

Google5Just got my garage door installed by BAHA. He was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful & personable. He was quick and thorough with his work. He explained and set up my MYQ app & accessories. I would definitely use BAHA again for my garage door opener. The experience was unmatched.

Google1Ray who takes care of garage repair was not professional and rude. He quoted much higher for a simple job; in contrast, another contractor charged one-quarter of his quote and repaired it perfectly.

Google5United Garage Doors is on point. Spring had broken on a Wayne Dalton builders grade garage door, and it wouldn't go up anymore. Called them around 10 oclock in the morning, and Mr Hash showed up with the upgraded spring and parts around two hours later to make the repair. A tremendous response time and efficient, professional repair job at a competitive price with a 5 year parts warranty. The garage door now functions as it is supposed to again.

Google5Hash came out a few hours after I made the call to United Garage Doors. The same day service was a lifesaver; Hash completed the job quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to hire United for your job! UPDATED 6/11 - I hired United to replace garage door motors (different service from my previous review). AJ was wonderful to work with and I'm amazed at how quickly he completed the job. United Garage Doors is awesome and I highly recommend them as a repeat customer.

BBB5I had an issue with my garage door sensors and AJ came out as promised and resolved my issue within 20 minutes. He was very efficient, professional and a life saver. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and would highly recommend them for your next garage door project or repair.

Angi5He informed me of a reasonable assessment and diagnostic fee of about $80. I was please with this professional fee. He was flexible in scheduling and assigned Hash, one of his experienced technicians. Hash kept me updated on his specific ETA that day and was precisely on time. He inspected its' operation, etc., and reviewed with me the need to adjust the chain, replace the springs that he estimated were about 7 years old, align the rails and adjust the rollers. When he was finished the door operated perfectly as well as a new system and I felt very secure. Tight, quiet and smooth! Hash was skilled and very professional!!! Services Rendered: I asked Ray simply to assess our garage door system and to identify any issues that needed to be addressed immediately or in the future. We bought this home 3 years ago. I sensed some potential unevenness in operation, but nothing in particular.

Google5United Garage Doors was recommended to me by a friend. I called them to make an adjustment on my old door and they were able to fit me into their schedule within just a few days. They fixed the issue quickly and without great expense. When I decided I wanted a new door I called them. I already knew their price would be reasonable. After visiting and giving me an estimate, I felt confident that I would be happy with their work. I decided I wanted an insulated door since the garage is under my dining room. Once the door was available, AJ was prompt in scheduling my replacement. They always call a few hours ahead and are always on time with their ETA. The new door was installed along with new tracks, a new opener and remotes and sealed from outside elements. My new door is much quieter than the old and I am very happy.

Angi5I used United Garage Doors (302-414-9220) and they repaired it very fast and efficient. I spoke to AJ (owner) he sent Ray the next day and installed both springs for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes (I did ask for the price and a senior discount over the phone so I knew and agreed to the cost before they arrived ) I would use them again in a heartbeat and already recommended them to a neighbor down the street whose spring broke the day after mine. Services Rendered: replaced broken spring

Google1I would give 0 stars if I was able too. Ray came to my home, was extremely disrespectful, I had to ask him to leave my home. He clearly did not want to install the garage openers we purchased due to having 16 foot ceilings. Made multiple excuses. Called AJ, the owner, he assured me we would be satisfied with his company. Sent his nephew, Hash to complete the job, along with a young boy. Completed the job, only to find 25-30 holes in our ceiling, the censors were placed incorrectly and he helped hisself to our personal items in the garage without permission. TERRIBLE customer service. Would NOT recommend. Claims filed with Lowe's, Handy and BBB.

Angi5The garage door panel split, making the door opener inoperable. Ray called me as soon as I placed an estimate inquiry and offered to come to the house immediately. He was prompt, polite, and professional, and he repaired the door same-day, quickly at a very fair price. Everything he needed was on the truck. I was even more impressed because the temperature outside was only 14 degrees, but Ray worked regardless. I definitely recommend United Garage Doors, and I will call them again for future repairs. Services Rendered: Broken garage door panel needed to be repaired so that it would not buckle when opening and closing.

Angi3The man came promptly and did the work neatly and quickly. It was hard to communicate with him because his English was heavily accented. I would never hire this company again! Services Rendered: I opted for the garage door tuneup service. Of course lots of things that also needed to be replaced or repaired was found. When he left I had no light in my garage and the garage door would still bounce back when closing. I finally had my son come over and fix both of those things I opted for the garage door tuneup service. Of course he found lots of thingshe left I had no light in my garage any longer and the garage door would still bounce back when closing. I finally had my son come over and those things as they claimed that happened after he left. He did replace the cables and the springs and the bottom bumper which is now coming off.

Angi12 days after the job the garage door stopped working (same problem as before they replaced the motor). For a whole month I have chased Ray the owner/manager, until finally he sent someone to do the job. 2 months later it stopped again, they promise 3 years warranty but don't deliver. Stay away from this company. Services Rendered: Garage Door did not work. They replaced the garage motor.
