Google5Had a problem opening my garage door. Called Verl and literally within minutes he was out here and frankly gave me a simple solution to fix the problem. He's great!!!! You can bet any future garage door problem, I'm calling Verl.

Yelp5A&C and their owner, Verl are incredible. Called them Tuesday afternoon and he adjusted his schedule to be at our house within 24 hours. Not sure I selected the right company when he arrived (long hair, beard etc). Was I wrong. Verl is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and more than fair. Fifty years of experience and is able to answer any question and most likely able to fix any garage door problem. His customer service is off the charts. So what did he do for me. My garage door was not opening and closing, He asked me to uses the garage door opener twice and was able to diagnose the problem; a simple adjustment. I asked him what do I owe you, he said nothing. I said at least service both garage doors and he said they do not need servicing. I wanted to pay him something and he refused to accept any form of payment. Verl is from a generation that will make you forget about every other garage door company or technician. A&C and Verl are my go to garage door company. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Google5We have used this service since 2015 when they replaced our garage door opener. This guy is great, we've had to call for help twice since then. He has come out the same day (within hours) on both occasions and fixed the situation at a VERY reasonable price on both occasions.. highly recommend this family owned business

Yelp5Verl is absolutely, hands down, the BEST! He is an expert in all things garage door and opener related. He is always happy, cheerful, and comes when he says he will be there, fixes your problem fast and for a very reasonable price. His customer service is 5+. We've been using Verl for at least 33 years. Wouldn't want to have to find someone else.

Yelp5I rely heavily on reviews when I use yelp. I picked this company based on its reviews. The reviews held up as usual and I had a great experience. Same day service, accurate diagnosis of the problem and great product. I also thought the pricing was fair and the service was friendly, kind and professional. I highly recommend!

Yelp5I highly recommend A & C . I first used them in July 2020. Verl called back immediately and was out to fix my garage door within a couple of hours. When we had a few more issues recently, he was quick to call back and return. He quickly fixed the issues without even charging. It is so difficult to find good, honest, trustworthy people these days, but Verl and A & C completely met my expectations. Again, I would highly recommend them

Yelp5A&C was amazing! Such a gentlemen. He diagnosed the problem in less than 3 minutes. We were up and running in less than 5 minutes. He showed up on time, totally communicative, respected all Covid requests. Price was beyond reasonable. Thank you A&C! Will call you for any other garage door issues.

Yelp5My husband and I have used Verl and A & C Garage Door Repair for at least 10 years for everything from a new garage door, a new spring, and most recently, a new motor. We are always so pleased with Verl's response time, the quickness and expert service we receive, and the fact that Verl is very customer-focused. He wants you to be happy, and will make sure that he does just about anything he can to make sure of that! We just had our motor replaced, and I cannot believe the difference. The new one is SO quiet, I have to double check that I actually pressed the button to open/close the door. I hope Verl never retires!! We love him and his outstanding company.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with A & C Garage Door Repair and Verl, the very pleasant and customer-oriented owner. After receiving a referral for A & C, I called him Monday morning around 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 10:30 a.m. that same day to do the repairs. He worked diligently for about an hour, explaining that the spring needed replacing, and to replace the cables as well since mine were worn out. Not once did I feel he was trying to "sell" me something, he was just genuine and wanted to give me the best service at the most affordable price. Altogether it was less than $275, which I happily paid to have my garage door in tip-top shape the same day I called for repairs! I''ll highly recommend Verl and A & C from here on out for all garage door needs.

Google5We called Verl yesterday at the suggestion of Dawn at Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate in Fountain Hills, a dear friend who we trust. We were a little pressed for time as we were about to leave for an extended trip. Fortunately, he had time, arrived early, installed a new garage door opener and external keypad, and gave us a fair price. He is so delightful, and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.

Google5Seriously recommending to everyone who has garage issues. Verl is kind, on time, prepared and professional. You can tell he is a man of integrity and character; he isn't out for your money. We had a busted garage spring, and he came out- got the job done in time in less than an hour. Replaced both springs for a competitive price. Won't hire anyone else for garage doors!

Google5Our garage door broke one Sunday. We called A&C and Verl was out within a couple of hours to repair the spring. Unfortunately the door frames were broken in several places (they were 30 year old) so we ordered new doors. Now to us the measure of a company is not when things go right but how they behave when they go wrong. The manufacture sent the wrong doors but Darian installed them so we would have something that worked until the correct doors were delivered. A&C did not charge us until the doors we wanted were installed, and they only charged the agreed upon price, no funny business. Now to us that is the mark of a good company. We will gladly recommend A&C to anyone needing garage door service. An honest, customer oriented company.
