Google5The nice lady who answered phone was great. She was very helpful. Had great knowledge of product and had a good sense of humor. Even took the time to help search house for the right panels needed. To top it off she knew house was close to where the got panels and delivered it for us. Above and beyond great folks.

Yelp5As a disable Vietnam Veteran. I search for a dependable and reliable garage company that could replace my garage door that would fit my budget. I search and search but got ridiculous quotes. Until my son told me about AGD. They came out and gave me an estimate on replacing the springs which I only had one opening and closing the garage door which was a hazard. Every item on the description quote was completed. The techs paid attention of my needs since my vehicle had a handicap lift on the rear. After a week they came back to make adjustments if needed. I had a new garage door and everything was replace. The staff and everyone involve was very professional. They took the stress off of my PTSD. Yelp5Alex and Josh did a super job replacing my broken garage door springs. They made sure the correct spring were used and everything was aligned and working well when they were finished. Very professional and personable. Their invoice was exactly as quoted, no unexpected add ons or fees. The folks I spoke to on the phone were friendly, open to answer questions and worked with me to schedule the work at a time convenient for me. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Quality company. They helped me out by sending me (out of state) a rare hinge that they happened to have in stock. Even though there wasn't much in it for them they treated it like it was urgent and sent it out priority same day. You can just tell when you're working with honest people that care.

Google5My name is Tiffany and I live in Casa Grande. I'm selling my house and the night before my inspection at 5pm on a Friday, my garage door decides to break. I called the company who serviced my door in February and they wouldn't come out until Sunday. In fact, they mentioned they would be closing at 5:30pm and after that I was on my own. I called a couple of places frantically and was referred to American Garage Door. I spoke to Angela, who was so great. She told me her dad had been all over the Valley that day and most likely they would come out Saturday morning to fix my garage door. WRONG! Her dad agreed to come that night and fix it! Angela and her dad made it down around 7pm and fixed it. The price was affordable too! I was so happy with how reliable and caring they are and how they took the time to help and listen. I'll never use anyone else again!

Google5My garage door due to age was falling apart. I called around and received multiple bids. I was surprised at the price differences for like product. I hate to say it but some companies appear less than honest. It was a great experience with American Garage Door right from the start! Ricky was very detailed explaining everything that was included followed by a detailed quote. Quoted on Monday and they showed up as scheduled on Tuesday. Roy was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor making the overall experience A+. If you want a job done right, on time at a fair price I would recommend American Garage Door!

Yelp5This operation is in a league of their own. Honest and fast. They replaced our entire garage door/track in 2015 and it has not required any maintenance since. Still working flawlessly. Highly recommend for honest assessments and quality work.

Google5I just got done with my garage door opener being installed. Very friendly and knowledgeable tech. The staff is quite knowledgeable for all garage related issues. I also feel quite comfortable since they are local in my area, as I know in the future they will have any and all parts that I would need. Very please with my new system.

Yelp1This is the worst garage door service ever. They mis represent themselves with coupons u cant use. I had a man come out friday. Told me both springs needed to be replaced a 3pc bearing set and then gave me a quote of $525.00. I paid the service fee of $65.00 since when the guy was trying to say it would be waived it wasnt. I am going to report this place to the BETTER BUSINess BUREAU and my Legalshield company for misrepresentation. I would not recommend this place . I had my springs replaced for $225.00 that was everything.

Yelp5We had Monty, from American Garage Door Company come out. He fixed our garage door right up. Not only was our spring broke but an old roommate had run into the garage door and bent it out of shape. Monty got us all fixed up and re connected our safety features on the door for the base price. Also, his timing was immaculate. He said he would be here 1-3pm. He arrived at 1pm and drove away at 2:50. We really appreciate the quality work and respect for our time.

Google5I use these guys for all my rental homes and they are always responsive and reasonable cost, have never had a tenant complain about their service. Recently had them replace a door and opener at my own home, the work was top notch and pricing competitive. Very happy.
