BBB5I used my home warranty for our garage door opener issue. I was contacted by Elite within an hour and they were out the same day. **** was here only 15 minutes and took care of the issue. We just needed a new wall button.

BBB5Technician arrived on time, Very polite, knowledgeable , and performed the checks and servicing quickly. I will definitely use their services to do yearly maintainence checks and service my garage door if need.

BBB5Very professional. They scheduled our initial service call right away. The technician was courteous from the get go, and kept us informed as to his arrival time - which was exactly in the middle of our two hour window. He was polite, explaining our different options thoroughly and got the job done in a timely manner. When we had a question a couple of months later, we called later in the evening -the phone was answered right away and ************** returned within two days to address our concerns. Overall excellent experience!

BBB5Two years ago Elite installed two very expensive doors to help insulate my garage where my power backup batteries are stored, in addition to an EV and ICE vehicle. All work was completed on time, on budget, and operating perfectly. They have also replaced a motor on an additional door and performed annual maintenance service to keep things within specifications.Their staff has always been professional, nice to talk with, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the work is completed as described and site cleaned up. My experience had been nothing but exceptional and will continue to use Elite.

Google5Josh was Very experienced and knowledgeable, more than a technician, knew all kinds of electronic security gate systems. Loved that he texted me some of his background and qualifications at the same time telling me he was on his way. Spent the necessary time to explain different systems and pros and cons. Ultra professional, highly recommend.

BBB1VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE COMPANY !!!! FIRST , I CONTACTED THEM TO GIVE ME A EST ON A DAMAGE GATE *** PAD., THE OFFICE PERSON TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND A SERVICE TECH OUT.. THE SERVICE TECH ARRIVED, I EXPLAIN TO HIM A AMAZON DRIVER HAD DAMGED THE *********** NEEDED THE REPAIR INVOICE TO SHOW THE *** PAD WAS DAMAGED & NEEDED TO BE REPALCED. INSTEAD HE WROTE THE INVOICE TO SHOW GATE MAINT CALL, NO MENTION OF THE DAMAGED *** PAD. tHEN CHARGED ME $ ******. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO HAVE THEM TO REWRITE THE INVOICE TO SHOW THE *** PAD WAS DAMAGED & REPLACED, THEY REFUSED TO REDO THE INVOICE & NEVER WOULD RETURN MY CALL. THE NEXT DAY I FOUND OUT THE *** PAD WAS ONLY $ ******, THEY CHARGED ME $ ******. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESER PEOPLE, POOR CUSTOMER ********************** $ WAY TO PRICEY. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

BBB5First time we've used this service. Luckily we were able to get fast service. Technician ***** gave my husband options and we had a new door opener installed. ***** explained everything to us and said to call if we had any problems. We would recommend this company to everyone.

Google5Elite is a very good company. They are very easy to work with. I am waiting for them to replace two panels on my garage. Everybody I spoke too were very nice and knowledgeable.

BBB5My experience has been very positive. ********************************* did a thorough check up and explained about the problem with the garage door opener and the expense and the options available to fix it. He has a professional approach towards his work. I would like to have him come back to take care of the problem when we feel ready for the same. I will give him and the Company. Thanks.

Google5So far the experience has been great! Jarod explained everything and set up a temporary fix that I very much needed. Now I can get in and out of my property with a manual operation until he can repair the gate, hopefully on Monday! What a relief!

He was straightforward with what might have been needed, examined the issue and explained how and why the issue with my garage was resolved. Google4My opener developed a strange new sound, a rattle. I called at 3:15 in the afternoon and Rick was here before 4:30. Identified the issue and replaced the belt. Identified the problem was caused by incorrectly installed springs by another company. SInce they may still be under warranty was understanding and encouraged me to give the other company a chance to fix their springs.

Google1Shame on me for not reading the reviews first. 4.6 rating as of this writing figured it was a trusted crew. I guess it's under new management. Short story, customer provided opener. Was told that it's not UL listed and only meant for commercial doors. I pointed to the box that it actually is for both door types. Say's UL listed on the web! Constant pressure to buy their $1000-1500 opener installed and they would happily "recycle" my opener. Outrageous labor quote to remedy my install that I was able to negotiate and still felt robbed once all was completed in 45 min. I told my kid in med school he should consider changing fields lol. $500 labor quote for a 45 min job. I feel sorry for some of the other customer reviews who were shanked for thousands.

Google1TOTAL RIP OFF-My garage door would not close so had Elite Garage Doors come out and take a look. Nice guy, was here maybe 15 minutes, one of the sensors had a lose wire and they charged me $300.00 to tell me that. When they were Precision Garage Doors they were 1000% better. I will NEVER use this company again.

Google5Elite was terrific supporting us!! Our garage door died. They responded to my call immediately, and within a couple of hours, the support person arrived. He was a terrific and competent young man who diagnosed the problem efficiently and correctly and completed extensive replacement and repairs very quickly. Within a few hours, I was 100% up and running and everything continues to be all good. Thank you, Devin, and Elite!!!

Google5Our garage door stopped working (turns out one of the springs broke) so we gave Elite a call and they were able to come to our house in a few hours, diagnose, and fix the problem. Elite sent Devin our way and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and even stayed after he was completed to help set up the app on my phone and reprogram the garage door opener in my car. Would definitely recommend Elite to anyone in need of garage door assistance.
