Communication is terrible once they get your money your money they put you on the back burner had to threaten to cancel They do not keep you updated like they promise on when the door has been shipped when the get to the warehouse if everything‘s there after many emails and tax Me two weeks later finally scheduled the door installed also went through theirs promotion through Costco that I would get a Shop card within seven days. It’s now been 14 days and again communication is terrible. Think twice about doing business with them. Installer was great and the door is great

Our garage door was installed a year ago and already the seal is falling off. The door sounds like it’s 50 years old when it opens. They won’t service the door since we are outside of the 1 year warranty. Surprising since it was purchased with Costco. I would not recommend this company - the communication with Michael during the sales process was rough and he kept calling me the wrong name. All around bad experience.

I live in a community where Lodi supplied all the garage doors. Adam was across the street helping a neighbor, so I asked him why my garage door was sticking. He immediately spotted the issue and suggested removing the paint residue from the rubber strip with acetone. I did it, and it fixed everything. Thanks, Adam!

My initial contact was with Dominik, he was professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, explained information and details about options. He was patient, as there is a lot to digest. We decided on a game plan. I had similar experience with the installer, Mike. Mike was also very communicative about the install equipment and operations. Both were very open to and answered questions. I felt very comfortable with them both, look forward to working with them on additional items in the future. I also valued that they are the provider for Costco for the service. This is for the Las Vegas, NV location (there's not a separate way on google to leave a review for the different locations).

I had the pleasure of meeting William O’Donnel for my service call. I received a heads up with an ETA and prompt arrival on time. He was very nice and courteous. I hung out with him while he completed the work and he explained everything in detail, even gave some tips for maintenance. I would highly recommend using Lodi and William for garage services. William did an amazing job fixing my garage door. The construction company did not properly install it and left it sideways. William right away figured out the issue fixed it quick in 30 mins or less. Would definitely recommend there services.

Lodi Garage Doors gave us five star service from start to finish. Initially I met with Domonic, our sales rep. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new doors, offered options and benefits, and provided us with a timely, accurate quote. The doors were a great value for what we received. He was professional, friendly and enthusiastic about the product offerings at Lodi. I highly recommend him!!! Our doors arrived ahead of schedule and were promptly scheduled for install with Doug and Mike. Both men were punctual, professional, and informative on how to operate our new doors and openers. Their attention to detail was outstanding including tips on how to properly maintain the doors. Fit and finish of the final product is OUTSTANDING! After final adjustments were made and they left, our garage was cleaner than when they arrived. They provided me with a Lodi company contact should I have any issues with the doors in the future and invited me to call anytime with concerns so that our new doors service us for many, many years to come. All in all, I think a customer would be hard pressed to find a better quality or value in a garage door company in Las Vegas. We included before and after pictures to show the quality of work.

Lodi doors, hire more guys like Robert who came out today and your business would be 5 star 100% of the time. This guy and William helped your business tremendously. Thanks Robert, I appreciate you. Extremely disappointed. Installer put trim over old trim. Now company says that to replace and do it right I have to pay for stucco and paint guy to fix prior to them putting g trim back on right. Not sure this was my fault or should have been explained to me prior to spending almost $8000 on new door. Contacting Costco to complain too.**Update: sent out repair tech to “fix” guy put wrong color trim and miscalculated length and ran out of trim. What a nightmare!!!! Calling again to see if they can get this right.***Update: third time a charm! We got William O. Out here who had such a great customer service attitude and really made it right! We had to go through a lot so I went from 1 to 3 but Will was the superstar. Finally it looks professionally installed!

I was so impressed with my service today. We had work done the day prior and unfortunately the garage retracted and wouldn't close all the way after their initial visit. A minor adjustment was needed. They didn't wait til Monday but sent someone to come out next day, on a Friday. Robert O. showed up with the most professional attitude and service. He represents the company so well. Quality details, listens to customer, does his checks and balances. Added additional service & pricing was very reasonable. Garage door went off track late night a day the tech Robert O arrived the next day. He provided a time estimate on how long it would take him to finish and he finished 30 mins less than what was estimated. Robert O was friendly, professional, and respectful. In additional, he knew the job well. After seeing the garage door, he knew exactly what happened, which tells me he is an experienced tech.

The worst !!! Service Scheduled Took a day off work- had to use a vacation day due to scheduling mix up that I was told Originally AM they should be here Then turned to 1-3:30 Never showed Never called Absolutely ridiculous. No call from tech No call from the office I have to put 1 star in order to exit and save But ZERO stars it is. Update. Saturday 2:10 PM. Doorbell rang. Very nice tech arrives. No phone call or anything. But issues are complete

The receptionist was unprofessional and wasn't listening. i.e. "I just got a quote via Yelp and want to make an appointment." "You want to make an appointment for a quote?" "No, I have a quote." "Who were you conversing with to set up a quote?" "Yelp, i have the quote. i need an appointment." They couldn't even find a quote I was given and just kept repeating themselves. She kept asking questions I just answered. The conversation just kept going in circles because she wouldn't listen. I finally just hung up. Background noise/people chattering in the background was loud and distracting. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt they couldn't hear me because of the unprofessional noise in the background. Needless to say, an appointment wasn't booked. The first impression was horrible and unprofessional.

We requested that our garage door sensors be checked and also maintenance to our three doors. Todd Whittaker did our inspection and service. He was polite and explained what he planned to do to check all doors out. He then recommended to replace the rollers that were 13 years old. He was quick and neat. He was honest and did not try to sell me things I did not need. Certainly will request his services when I need them.

Called Lodi to get information on the garage door they installed 20 years ago. They were very responsive and gave me the information I needed which is deeply appreciated; This got them three stars automatically. They also informed me the costs involved in replacing a bottom seal for my garage door as well as the bottom retaining bracket for that seal. This is where they lost two stars. For a bottom seal for my garage door, Lodi is charging $5 a linear foot for rubber. Almost any place else on the Internet, I can purchase it for less than $2 a linear foot. For the bottom retaining bracket that holds the seal, Lodi wants $15 a linear foot. Online I can get it for less than half that a linear foot. While their profit margins are outrageous at best at over 250% from other retail, They are totally gouging their customers on materials. I can only imagine what their labor rates are. Unless you're willing to get ripped off on overpriced materials, I highly recommend a YouTube video and do it yourself maintenance.

We had an accident with our garage door and called Lodi to come check it out, they were the original installers by the builder. When their representative was writing up the quote, he asked if we wanted the insulated panels again, on the new door. I asked "can't we reuse these?" And he said no, you can't and that it's $5.00/sq ft = $695.48. I agreed it was good thing to be insulated and accepted the almost $700 additional cost. After doing a little internet research, I found out that YES, you can reuse the existing panels and immediately removed them (took me all of 15 minutes). It's very disappointing that a so called reputable company uses such shady, underhanded business practices. Very dissatisfied and will not be using their services, ever again. Would not recommend. There should be a zero stars rating. Services Rendered: We needed a replacement garage door.

There was no follow up communication when ordering failed, which would have enabled me to look elsewhere for a solution. All in all...it went terribly! Services Rendered: I have a lift style garage door which Lodi installed in 1986 when this subdivision was built. I have used them a couple times for spring replacement and/or adjustment over the years and was satisfied. This time the arm on the right side snapped on a Friday, leaving the door hanging and my car trapped inside. I called Lodi that Friday, a Lodi repairman came the following Tuesday and told me that they did not stock the arm or spring for the lift style doors. All needed to be ordered from California and it could take up to a week. I asked that they order parts for both sides to keep things even, and he agreed. I had not heard a word all week, so Saturday I called their office, was told there was no record of anything, no one was in the office (although their schedule shows Saturday hours), and I would get a call on Monday. I told the woman in the phone that if there was no record of an order, I couldn't wait another week for them to order and receive parts. She put me on hold again, and all of a sudden there was an order; however, there was a note that the hinge was unavailable. If someone had let me know that, I would have been able to look elsewhere instead of trying to honor a commitment I felt I had made when requesting that they order parts for a repair. Too bad Lodi did not display the same commitment to a customer. She apologized, but it was too little too late. I will never use Lodi again and told her so.

I e-mailed them May 15th that I needed a new opener, they called me back the next day with a price. Out of 4 other companies they were the only one that called back. Even though I thought they were a little high they did call right back, so I selected them. Happy I did. They came on time, even a little early. the work was good and quick. Called these people because they were rated well and they represented LiftMaster, which is the type of opener I'm interested in. They were also listed on LiftMaster web site. I told him I needed a new opener for sure, and probably a new garage door and asked if they could come out to give me an estimate and discuss my options. He told me he didn't need to come out and that he could give a a quote over the phone. When I told him I really wanted to meet with someone in person, I got a big sigh and nothing but attitude, and he told me "if you really need that I guess I could come out." From his accent this guy was from back east someplace, and with the stereotypical attitude to go with it. I don't need anyone doing me any favors by taking my money. On my next call to a different company the person I spoke with was more than happy to come meet with me today. Even though I don't probably need it, it is a new house for us and we want to replace the garage door with one of the new glass doors. I can't imagine they're particularly cheap, but I guess this company has so much business they don't need to talk with new prospects. Services Rendered: None.
