BBB1First and foremost if there was less than one star I would give that. The first time this person was at my house to fix my garage all he did was slap the unit and it started to work for about a month. I didn’t pay for the service call because the first person I talked to never put me on the schedule. And I took off work to get it fixed. But he charged me $70 for a $12 remote. The next time it quit working was about a month later. And I told them NOT to send the same person out. Well they didn’t understand that. And had to reschedule 3 times. Finally when he did show up all he complained was how far out I lived. So I told him his company may want to hire someone that can get to Casa Grande in a timely manner. Now my work was warranted but they person charged me $172.99 for ten new rollers (which you pick up for $36+all the hinges). But the kicker is he gave me a discount to lube these rollers (15seconds worth of work). Which regular price is $189.00 he ONLY charged me $40. My total bill for this warranty work was $412.00. As you can tell the balance was his labor. LOL for less than an hour’s worth of work. I think I am in the wrong line of work.

BBB5This is my second time using Ninja Garage door repair. I accidentally hit the garage door button as I was backing out of my garage and bent the door so the wheels came off the track and were imbedded in the wood frame of the garage. The door was 1/2 open and my car was stuck in the garage. It was a Sunday morning. Richard the tech arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional but friendly. After the list of possible outcomes, including needing a new door, He was able to free up the door, straighten the bend and get it back on the track. With a few more adjustments it was working well. I was amazed at the work he did because I thought for sure the door was not repairable. I was informed of the price ahead of work started and it was very reasonable and that is the price I was charged. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

BBB1I wish I had looked here first about this company. They showed up as Four Corners Garage Doors, LLC Terrible. Don't use them. Here is why: Misleading Prices. " Oh it looks like your motor is shot, it will be 500 to 600 to put in a new one." Half hour later " Oh, Im sorry I don't have the motor on my truck that I can use the $125 coupon for. It is going to be $748 dollars instead but thats tax and everything, plus $3.50 convenience fee for paying with a credit card." Deceptive Practices. After long time of trying to get the wiring correct we finally got to the stage of payment. The tech that was doing the install could not get his little machine to run my card and take payment. He had to call in to the "office" to get it run over the phone. It turns out he was so new that he had not bothered to set up his e-pay account and the company did not double to check sure it was working before sending him out.. As the office person was setting up the invoice to pay, all of a sudden the bill goes up to $771. Magically the $3.50 convenience fee turned into a 3.15 percent of the bill fee. Finally the guy on the phone worked out some way to give me another $10 off so I end up paying $761 and change. More Deception. After I get done paying and flagging the tech down before he could drive away with the remote to my garage door in his pocket, the invoice for my work shows up in my email. Not only did the invoice show that I got no warranty of any kind, after being told by the guy on the phone that a lifetime warranty came with the genie motor, I was charged 26 dollars for a "Garage Opener Haul Off." While the technician did remove the overhead rail and the motor, the box of old parts and bits of junk from the install he left behind for me to dispose of because it would "Fly out of the back of his truck." The tech was driving a full size crew cab big truck that had must have had a little room for this box to fit in. Unprofessional. This install was originally scheduled for between 11am and 2pm on Wednesday 4-28. At 1:06 pm I get a text telling me they are "experiencing delays and that I am on the schedule." I text the number back asking to reschedule as I had a lot of things to do that afternoon. They suggest 9-12 on Friday 4-30 with a 30 minute call ahead. I make my plans for the rest of the week accordingly. On Thursday 4-29 I get a text "This is Four Corners Door LLC, Tech will be there around 9:36 AM." I verified that yes they really were coming 4-29 and not 4-30 like we had agreed and had to reschedule my week again. Still More Unprofessional. The technician shows up around 930 or so and comes into the garage looks at what my old motor is not doing and tells me "yep gears are shot etc" (see above.) The tech comes back to start doing the install with a helper, who I find out later is his girlfriend who is just hanging out with him "to see what he does." They begin to go to work removing the old garage door equipment and doing the hardware part of the new install. The new stuff is nothing complicated the door itself was in balance, and the brackets to hold the motor were already in place and the safety eyes had wires already run out to them. I am working on the outside of my house so I was out there listening to them banter back and forth, they are really nice people. Once they get everything installed they start wiring the connections and this is where things start to go wrong. Wiring 092 My 101 Home Wiring Projects book from Home Depot says out the wiring back just the way you found it. Unfortunately the girlfriend was uninstalling the wall button while the tech was wiring the safety eyes and things at the motor. When they got finished the wall button seemed to work and the tech started to program the remote and the door travel stop points. It was the first time he had installed one of these particular motors, thankfully there were some videos that he was able to review from his phone to help guide him. After the travel ranges were programmed, the remote got programmed and was working and they seemed to be done. Then when I tested the wall button it failed as they were getting ready to take down their ladder and tools. For over an hour they tried to redo the wiring so the wall button would work. The tech called the company support line to get help, but never got an answer. Ironically it was the girlfriend (sorry never got her name) who figured out from somewhere that if you touch two wires together it will troubleshoot the connection. And then she figured out which wires needed to be connected in order for the wall button to work. The wall button would still not light up like it is supposed to, but I could not stomach any more troubleshooting. Finish what you Start. Finally they get to the point where it is time for me to pay (see above) and they take down all of their gear to head out. I rescue my door remote (see above), give the tech $20 to take his girlfriend out for ice-cream for saving him (and me) from still being there looking at wires and wondering what was going on. 3 hours later I am showing off the new garage door opener to my son and I look up and see that the wires from the hardwire in the house to the garage door were never put back. The connections are exposed with wire just twisted together and bare copper hanging out. I sent a picture to the number and they said they will be out to fix it between 9am and noon and 4-30 to fix it. At 1130 am I ask them when they are going to arrive and am told now that the tech will “likely” be out between noon and 3pm. As of this posting at 130 there is finally confirmation that someone will be here in 20 minutes.

BBB1Got a coupon advertising garage door adjustments which we thought we needed. When we attempted to close the garage door with the electric closure it does close but opens up again after the closure is complete. He suggested we get new rollers to quiet the closure process, which had nothing to do with open/close but they were replaced at 10 for $172.99. Then a lube and service for $39.95. The same problem is still occurring, we called for a person to come out. and now they want to adjust the spring tension for $200+ or an additional spring for $500+. We are in the same place we were before they came. It is difficult to reach anyone as the phones ring but no one answers.
