Yelp5They responded quickly to my call and short time after were at my home. Instead of replacing my door (like the other two guys I called before suggested), they professionally repaired the existing door at a much lower cost. they were polite and nice to speak with. I would recommend and definitely going to choose Olympus Garage Door again in the future.

Yelp5What a great experience. I received immediate company response to my inquiry and technician was available and arrived within 2 hours. ON A SUNDAY for no additional surcharge. Problem was diagnosed and resolved swiftly. Sensors needed to be replaced and technician performed a complete tune up. He also gave me some tips on maintenance. I could not be more pleased.

Yelp1I requested for replacement of my garage door broken left torsion spring on 26Feb. First, upon arrival of the so called technician, he was very rude and yelling, condemning both torsion springs, projecting d cost of labor and parts towards about $1000. I had to tell him to calm down since he was here to do buz and not to fight. After reaching an agreement of $200 for labor, he wouldn't give the cost of d part until dismantling the garage system- just to ensure I didn't change my mind. I gave a go ahead. Afterwards, his cost for 2 springs would either be $350 a piece or alternatively,he recommended 1 longer torsion which I queried its strength but he said it would hold and recommended it after consulting with his supervisor, cost at $450. We reached agreement of $400 for the part, knowing the same part cost on Amazon was $150-180 Less than 1hr after he had changed the part and left, I started hearing noise from the entire system each time opening the garage door. I called him to complain and to come fix whatever it was the issue based on the 10yrs warranty given, the guy continued to yell on the phone that it was because I chose a less quality and cheaper part. Pls note my garage door wasn't making noise prior to this, though it was slow cos it was operating on just the right torsion spring only but no noise. Anyway, since he wouldn't act normal on phone , I called his office to report, they sent a supervisor that decided to show up in my house at night the following day. He wouldn't fix my compain but rather suggested we get roller to support whatever which I did not understand. Each day since then has become worse for the noise for the garage door when opening it. Living in fear of my family safety. My conclusion is the company is just out to rip potential clients out of their hard earned money using different gimmicks by every means. I won't recommend them and if u do, haggle very well and be ready to show them out. Very horrible service!

Yelp5This guy knows his job. He is very reliable, quick to respond and genuinely priced. This was my first time getting springs changed for my garage door. He did it very professionally. He is highly recommended.

Yelp5I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was having issues with my new Chamberlain garage door opener, which I installed myself. I couldn't, for the life of me, get the door to open and the lights just would blink. So, out of frustration, I put in a request on Yelp and Joe answered within minutes. I gave him my number and he called and assisted me over the phone and he solved my problem within minutes. I offered to send him money through Venmo, but he declined. Great company, great person! Any future issues I have I won't hesitate to call! Much appreciated brother!
