Google5After calling numerous companies to get some help with repairs to several sliding glass doors, I'm glad I fell upon USA Sliding Door Repair. Jeff and his team provide exceptional service and they're very communicative. I would definitely recommend using USA Sliding Door Repair to everyone. Why pay for a new door when you can get that old one sliding like new! Thanks again Jeff!

Google1Please read Marci's review. I had very similar experience. Jeff will argue and give a lecture on everything but he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Very rude. When called again for an issue after he fixed the rollers, he started going into argument mode. Even if they cut their price by half, stay away. Btw, read the responses he gave to one star reviews here: he is mostly yelling at the customers and defending himself.

Google1I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to replace a broken locking door handle, rollers and track at a rental property. Jeff came on Friday, 14 Sep to do the work. Jeff completed everything with the exception of installing the lock cylinder in the handle. He was unable to punch out the hole in the handle where the cylinder mounts and said he would come the next day (Saturday) after 12PM to drill out the hole and install the lock. I was fine with that and happy with his work to that point and paid him when he left as well as a tip. Saturday is when things took a horrible turn. At 12:46 I sent a text asking for a rough time of arrival so I could be available to meet him at the rental property. I got no response to the text. At 1:37 I called him with no answer or response. At 2:23 I called again and got an immediate text response from Jeff that he would call be back. I never got the promised call back. At 4:01 I texted him for an ETA. No response. At 4:57 I texted and called saying "I'm assuming you're not going to make it to finish the job today. Is tomorrow possible? If not, I'm free anytime Monday." Again no response from Jeff to that text or voice message. Sunday morning I called again at 9:34 and Jeff answered the phone. He was immediately upset with me for trying to call him and text him so many times yesterday (only 3 calls and 3 texts over a 4hr period). I told him I was just looking for a time frame of when he would be coming so I wouldn't be waiting around all day and if he was to busy to make it as promised all he needed to do was take a second to let me know so I could go about my day. I told him that is what I do with my customers if I'm unable to follow through on a commitment. At that point he said started yelling, told me I was disrespectful to him and told me he was done with me and then he hung up. At no point did I ever raise my voice with him or insult him other than saying it was unprofessional of him to never respond to my attempts to contact him and keep me waiting on him all Saturday afternoon. Now I have another company coming on Thursday to complete his unfinished work that is going to cost $145. I texted Jeff that I would send him the receipt for it and expected to be reimbursed and if not I would initiate a small claims court action. He immediately called back belligerent yelling who did I think I was and that installing the lock was never part of the job and that he would countersue me. Lesson learned with this outfit is stay away or if you do business with them don't trust his word and pay until the job is completed.

Google5I spoke with Jeff on the phone, he was very nice, very professional, and actually sounded like he wanted to help. Jeff and a helper showed up a couple of hours later, and got the job done quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend their service!

Google5Jeff the owner of USA Sliding Door was awesome! He was at my house in 1 hour and my sliding door now slides better than when it was brand new! New rollers and fixed my lock which was misaligned, call USA Sliding Door Repair and Jeff, you won't be disappointed!!! Great experience! Thanks Jeff!!!
