Google5We ordered Wayne Dalton garage doors from Lowe's in Gilbert, AZ., and we are really pleased with the great customer services that we received. The installers from Wayne Dalton did a great job and Lois was great in scheduling our appointments. I would definitely recommend Wayne Dalton to family and friends.

Google5Haven't had our garage door checked out for years and Brian came to bring it all up to "code." It was creaking loudly and had a jerky slow lift. Brian replaced the side trim, checked out spring coils, greased hinges and other stuff included in a service call and now our door sounds much quieter and probably safer to open. Brian was very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly, he knows his stuff. He answered ALL our questions very patiently. Nice. The Service was excellent.

Google5I really appreciate Russell's expertise and professionalism when I needed my garage door repaired. He was on time and communicated prior to arrival. He was neat, thoughtful and a real pleasure. He explained the problem and gave us a solution. That's important to me. Please call Russell for garage door service.

Google5I called for service because we installed insulation on our garage doors. This added 20+ pounds to the double door and 10+ pounds to the single door. Luis came out and quickly checked everything. Lubricated the door, checked all clearances, adjusted the spring tension, and tested the doors performance. They now work perfectly and he did a perfect job.

Google5Antonio, is one of those people you love to have assess what is needed. He was upfront and honest. I felt these days when you need assistance you get over sold, like I did with an another company that checked my garage door. They advised it would need to be a new door. Wayne Dalton and Antonio are honest, caring and will exceed your expectations! God Bless Antonio & Wayne Dalton Tempe. Special things for special people. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

Google5When my garage door would not open, I first called Wayne Dalton, the company that had installed my door 12 years ago. I made an appointment for 2 days later, which was the first opening that they had. I then called A-1 Garage Door Service to see if they could come any sooner. They said they could come the next morning and that there would be a charge of $39 to diagnose the problem plus whatever it would cost to fix the door. Fortunately, I did not cancel the Wayne Dalton appointment because A-1 quoted me 2 prices to replace the tension bar - over $1500 for a 5-year warranty and $1839 for a lifetime warranty. I then called Wayne Dalton and asked what they would charge to replace the tension bar, and they said $458.90, so I paid A-1 $39 and told the technician I could get 4 tension bars from Wayne Dalton for what he wanted to charge me. Wayne Dalton came the next day and Russ, the technician, was very experienced and went above and beyond, lubing the door and adjusting the Lift Master. I highly recommend Wayne Dalton. They do professional work at a fair price.

Yelp1I purchased an opener and door and had problems from day 1. I have contacted them many times with terrible follow through. They will schedule you 2-3 weeks out and charge you for service calls even when their product doesn't work. The sales person even got involved. If your door goes bad they won't come for weeks to look at it and then will tell you nothing is wrong. Finally after 6 service calls and being locked of if my garage 20-30 times i got sick of it and called another company. The door wasn't installed correctly and the genie side mount is a terrible product. We installed a liftmaster 8500W, new springs and ball bearings and we are finally working after 2 years of headaches with Wayne Dalton. I paid them $4800 and the service I received was beyond unacceptable. Use another company, once they sell you a very expensive door and opener they don't care about customer service at all. And clearly can't install things properly.

Yelp1No coordination between sales, service and installations. After waiting for 10 months for a garage door the installer showed up with NO requested nylon rollers. I turned him away. I had 5-7 phone conversation with the scheduler and every time I requested nylon rollers and the work order showed it. Wayne Dalton blamed it on running out of inventory a day before my job. Pathetic.

Yelp5Garage door broke. Called Wayne Dalton after receiving outrageous quote from another reputable company. Wayne Dalton fixed the door at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the time. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied customers.

Yelp1I'm very disappointed in my second experience with Wayne Dalton Garage doors. I had a really good experience with them about 7-10 years ago but this time was nothing like the first time. My tenant's car rolled into the garage door so we got a quote back in July but my tenant wasn't in a position to pay for the repair at that time. With all the craziness of Covid we weren't able to get the work done until December. The quote went from $264 a panel to $428 a panel. I understand a bit of a price increase due to everything going on in the world. But, almost double in a matter of months?? I called and asked for a small price break and was told they would get back to me. I had to call several times with never receiving a call back. I finally got an answer that they would not give me any discount even though I was a repeat customer and needed 3 panels so I was paying almost $600 more. I was also told if I got the work done I would be reimbursed the $60 trip charge for the estimate in July. By the time I made phone calls and waited in between for call backs and then finally ordered the panels and finally got on the schedule it was April 6th when the work was done. I do give kudos to the man that came and did the work. He was very nice and did a great job. After I paid the remainder of the bill I realized no one ever mentioned taking off the trip charge. During all my exchanges with different employees no one ever mentioned I would have a trip charge to have the work done. I was told the cost of the panels and $155 for labor. Never a mention of a trip charge. On 4/13 I called and inquired about getting the reimbursement I was promised of the $60 charge for a quote. Again, I couldn't get an answer from the person who answers the phone and was told I would be called back. Yep, you guessed it, no call back. I just called them and was told I would not get reimbursed as promised. I am building a new house soon and will need two large garage doors. I will NOT be doing business with Wayne Dalton again. Blaming bad business practice on Covid is getting old.

Yelp5We currently bought a garage door and all parts to switch out ourselves. Shortly into our "project" we realized it was much more complicated then we thought due to the weight difference of the two doors. Long story short we put the door up and had called nation serve to come out and service it to loosen the spring. Brian was the service technician and cannot say enough great things about him. From his attention to detail and experience to know what needed to be done all the way to coming back to fix everything and switch out parts we had purchased because he noticed last time they weren't what we needed. He was so personable and knowledgeable and I can't thank him enough for everything he did to get our garage working. We will never call another company besides Nation Serve for service or replacement! Thanks again!

Yelp5My garage springs broke a couple weeks ago so I called to get a quote. They were out here on time and called before arriving. I paid exactly what I was quoted and they did an excellent job. I was a little hesitant based on past experience. Won't hesitate to call them again.

Yelp5I called very near closing time because my garage door spring was broken and I couldn't get my cars out. Heather in service dept immediately called her serviceman Javier to come over & then called me back with his cell # as well. Within the hour my door was repaired along with helpful suggestions from Javier who was both courteous & knowledgeable - This company installed my door 24 yrs ago & this was the first repair - awesome

Yelp1I bought a Wayne Dalton door in 2012. The door was a 9100 series 16x 7. The cracked in the middle and the company would not stand by their product. Lousy company and poor product.
