I have been having issues with my garage door opening and closing for a year.. I had a home warranty the company they sent out a different company a few times seemed to put a band aid on the issue. Since the home warranty expired and I was experiencing the same problem. I called another garage door company who was booked for several days. They told me to call Western Garage. I could not be more pleased. They were able to come out the same day as I called. When I asked if I needed to replace the motor, giving the gentleman a wide opening to sell me something that I did not need. The motor is about 14 years old so I would not be surprised. He told me to hold and let me see if I can fix the issue first. He fixed the sensors and everything is good. Next time there is a issue or the motor finally stops working, Western Garage will be the one that I call. Services Rendered: Fixed issue with door opening and closing.

Called Western and spoke with Jerry. He arrived within 2 hrs, gave me a quick appraisal of the situation, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He added a strut to the door where it was damaged in the past, in order to help prevent further deterioration. I appreciated the fast response time since I couldn't get garage open and needed the car for work. Great guy with old school values. I will certainly use again for any issues with garage door. Highly recommend. Services Rendered: Replace 2 springs and add new strut to door.

They gave me a great deal for both and I am very happy with them. The service person was timely, professional and cleaned up the area. I have called them back to check on something else to check it out and there was nothing wrong but gave me a tip and no additional charge! Services Rendered: Installed two lift masters and keyless entry pad. My motors were so old they would not open the doors with the keyless entry.

Both springs were replaced, he inspected the door for any other problems, there were none. He greased the door and now it is moving quieter and smoother than before. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. Services Rendered: One of the springs broke on my garage door. I called another company from Angies List, but they were not able to come until the following Monday. They referred me to Western. I called and spoke to Mark, he said he could get someone out before noon. The gentleman showed up just before noon. He was very pleasant, explained what needed to be done. One of the springs had broke. He suggested we replace both springs, but said did not have to be done right away, but due to the age I agreed to replace them both.
