Even though it appeared slightly pricey, he had all the required parts in his truck. Google5Had nothing short of an amazing experience! The technician, Cameron, arrived and was both knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife and i to choose the best garage door to suit our needs. Malachi was also fantastic in providing details about the costs and specifics of each package offered by Advanced Tech Garage Door Repair. The installation process was flawless. Google5Malachi from Advanced Tech Garage Door Repair arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem after a thorough inspection. Our motor had unfortunately failed, which he proficiently replaced and reprogrammed our garage door, remotes, and my app. He conducted himself in a professional manner and was a pleasure to work with. He certainly earned our trust with his efficient and effective service in McKeesport.

Google5superb service, professional. I received same day work and the repairman showed up early. He was in and out and explained he did as well as made recommendations. He even advised me on my current opener and what to do to jeep it running smooth. Will use them again if the need ever arises!

Google2We needed a garage door repair and based on the high reviews went with this company. The tech came next day in his minivan, and because we needed the repair quickly we did not do any research on cost of replacement parts. Turns out we were overcharged by more than half for both labor and parts. The tech did not provide paperwork, receipt or any type of guarantee on the work AND he did not reattach the safety cables!! My husband found them in our trash can and put them on himself. Asked for cash payment and then just left. I do not recommend this company. I sure hope our repair holds up...
