Google5Matt from Jelly's did an absolutely fantastic job. Matt was able to come out just one day after we called in our issue. Matt was prompt and identified our problem within seconds of arriving. Not only did he fix the problem but he looked around for other potential problems and fixed those as well before they became real issues. The cherry on top? Matt helped us pump up our bike tires when we were having an issue with our tire pump. For these reasons we will most definitely continue using Jelly's garage doors (and asking for Matt) for all garage door troubleshooting and you should too.

Google5I have been using the services of Jelly's Garage Doors for many years. I have found them to be reliable and trustworthy. They do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced. They use top grade materials. My dealings with Danielle and Matt have been friendly, yet professional. I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!

Google1jelly's is an unbelievably inconsiderate operation giving small business a bad name. The worst small or large business experience I've had in my entire life. In the past 5 years we've done many home improvements: carpet install, deck addition, garage door install, new windows, and more - all from different providers. Jelly's has been the most unprofessional and disrespectful business I've ever encountered. We were working with them on entry door replacement and I've been strung along since July. Received quotes for the wrong thing. No reply for weeks on end. I asked very politely multiple times If they were too backed up to take my business (note: I wasn't even in a hurry). They canceled my initial measurements due to bad weather (which I understand) but that was in mid-December. They never rescheduled a 20 minute measurement to get my doors ordered after allowing me to spend a lot of independent effort working with the manufacturer on my specs. Danielle was disrespectful, dishonest, inconsiderate of my time, misleading, and broke multiple promises. I now have to start the process over with a whole new company - which I could have done in the summertime had jelly's been upfront with me. It pains me to have to leave a bad review for a small and local business but The good reviews left for Jelly's on other sites must be fraudulent. Recommend staying away.

Google5This guy is great. He came when he said he would. Went right to work. Not only did he fix my garage door he checked all the bolts, hinges, and straightened the tracks. My garage door never opened so smoothly and quietly. Price was very reasonable. If you need your garage door fixed this is the guy to call.

Google5I was very impressed with the attention and courtesy I received during both the quoting and installation phases of my new garage door project. The installer was the same person who took the measurements during my consultation, so he knew exactly what he was dealing with. He was professional, had a good sense of humor, and was happy to answer my questions while installing the door and opener. The door looks and works great and the entire installation, including the removal of the old door and hardware, took about 4 hours. The installer left nothing behind and made sure to take care of a few other little things I asked for. I highly recommend Jelly's and will be happy to give them my business in the future.

Google5I am so thrilled with my new garage doors that were installed by Jelly's! They did an amazing job at a reasonable price and made sure everything was taken care of. They never missed a beat! My compliments to them! Seems to be a family owned company that really cares! I am a hairstylist and I take the time To do my work to the best of my abilities and they proved to do the same! I highly recommend them!

Google5Matt (the owner) came to replace two torsion springs for my garage door. He and Danielle fit me into their schedule so that I could get my door functional before Christmas. He was very polite and friendly, and did an excellent job (including some additional adjustments to the track of my door to make it glide better) going above and beyond the scope of work. I would easily re-hire Jelly's and would highly recommend them to other's! Best of all, it cost less than the original estimate. Thanks, Matt!
