Kevin and his helper arrived on time and within the time range promised. Kevin took his time to diagnose the issue and fixed it. I appreciated that he took the time to check out some other things with my door to make sure it was all looking good. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from these folks. Jamie kept me informed through every step of the process and Kevin and his helper were very careful and meticulous technicians. In fact, I think they left the garage cleaner than it was before they came! I received 3 estimates for a new double garage door and these folks were right in the ball park, so since I'm a Kennedy resident, along with a very easy and efficient estimating process, I decided to give the job to K & B. Thank you, Jamie and staff!

Was very impressed with Kevin's efficient work in diagnosing and fixing the keypad by replacement at the first property. Then at the second, it was diagnosed very quickly for a defective limit switch internal to the main box. That unit will be replaced. Both site visits were completed in about two hours total. K&B has a good appointment system and kept me updated on expected arrival. Would highly recommend them for my future garage door needs.

Kevin was very kind, so easy to talk with. He went over the whole system and adjusted the old sensors. He was so honest and even explained things not related to the visit to me (keypad). He never tried to up sell me but the opposite said things will be OK for a while longer. I teased him about his super clean truck. My old mom used to say a man that takes care of his trucks , tools and employees is a good man...and Kevin sure was to me!...my only garage company for sure! His employee with him was very polite and respectful too. Btw, I'm a single 64yr woman.

Our garage door was installed a year a go by K & B Doormasters. I recieved a reminder that the annual maintence and safety check was due soon - I appreciated the reminder because we all know life can get hectic. Not only did they complete the maintenance check, they also helped me with my garage keypad (not installed by them) that was not working, and also my garage door openers that have not worked for years! I also had a light out in the opener unit, and they were so kind to change it for me. Overall experience - Outstanding!!

Excellent service / very responsive / quality work. And you'll actually get a chance to talk to real, professional, courteous people if you call. I had a problem with two garage door panels as well as the old openers. K&B provided me options, and installed new panels, springs, rollers other necessary hardware and controls... With a little paint, the doors are like brand new, and the job saved me 1000s. I highly recommend them.

Kevin is not only knowledgeable, he is very pleasant, and went above and beyond "the work scheduled for this apportionment". My outside pad was not working; I thought the battery was dead and did not have a 9 volt to replace it. Kevin tested the battery and said it was still good! He proceeded to reset the outside opener, which saved me from "googling" instructions on how to do it! It may not have been a big deal to Kevin, but I certainly appreciated his willingness to get it done and save me the effort! I highly recommend K&B Doormasters!

My old garage door opener broke and I was considering fixing it. The very nice lady in the office explained the cost of a potential fix and also gave me a quote for a new one. There was no pressure to buy a new one, however. Based on the age of my old one and the good price on the new one I chose to go new. We arranged an afternoon time. I asked that they give me 1/2 hour notice for me to get home. They gave me the notice and their worker was on time. The installer was very courteous and obviously was very experienced. He installed the new unit and ran extra wire so I could have the button in a specific place. He programmed the remotes and key pad and got everything compatible with my second older unit. He cleaned up the work are when he was done and took the old unit for disposal. I like to support small, local businesses over the big box stores and they definitely delivered. Called K&B on Friday morning; received a call back in the late afternoon on Monday. The representative was polite, however, during the estimate she noted that there was a door on sale "only through today", and it seemed like a hard sell to try and make a decision right then and there. Also, the "on sale" price, including labor, still came in significantly higher than two other estimates, so we decided not to go with this provider. Services Rendered: Called for an estimate of a new garage door/spring/tracks.

Smooth, fast, and efficient Services Rendered: My garage door opener stopped working. Contacted my home warranty company and they sent out K&B. Tech was running a little late, but the company called to advise me. no biggie. Tech arrived, quickly diagnosed and replaced a worn gear. No fuss. He was quick and efficient. I would recommend K&B without hesitation.
