Google5Trinity installed a new garage door for me at the end of summer last year. They provided a great customer experience. Never felt pressured, just informed so we could make a great decision. Would recommend to anyone needing garage door repair or installation.

Google5I called this AM and got lucky with a delayed install. The technician was professional, competent and a pleasure. I had the electric eyes, stripping on the right of the garage door, and touch pad replaced (ok...i had a bad experiencece backing into my garage!) They also supplied 2 new garage door openers (much more high tech than the ones I had!) All done at a fair and reasonable price! Thanks Trinity! A#1 in my book!!

Google5My garage door looks Great! I accidentally drove into my garage door and bent it all up! After contacting Trinity garage door we set the date for the estimate and when Audra came she took the measurements and color options and was able to show my a picture of what the end product would be and it definitely exceeded my expectations! On the day the garage door was installed my emergency lock release key did not work and the gentleman that was doing the install noticed it right away told me of the problem and ordered the new part and once the part was in Brain came to install it. I was not home at the time but once I got home that evening I still couldn't quite figure out how exactly the lock went back into the door. So I gave them a call after business hours and both Brain and Audra came right over to my home to show me how to work my emergency release. I really appreciated that they took the time out of their evening to make sure I knew how to use that feature of my garage door. I definitely recommend Trinity Garage Door to anyone in need of that type is service because they are great people to work with!

Google4TLDR: Very pleased with the estimate, installation, quality, and customer service follow up. The only thing I would have been happier with was the turnaround. See below for more details. ESTIMATE: We set up a free estimate and Brian arrived on time. He measured, photographed, and inspected our existing garage door, and spent considerable time going over the challenges of our particular door and how they would address them. We had already gotten one other estimate, and everything jibed with and even expanded on everything the other estimator had pointed out. We selected a door style from the catalog, and Brian input the specs into his tablet and was able to show us a digital mock-up of what the finished door would, and in fact DID, look like after install (see picture). PRICE: With our selected options and military discount, the total came to just under $2,000. Trinity required a 50% deposit to order the door, the other 50% payable after install. INSTALLATION: Our installer arrived on time and got right to work. I was surprised to find it was a one-man job! It took about four or five hours for him to remove and replace the door, hardware (excluding the door opener itself, which we did not replace), and trim. During the install, he noticed that one of the panels had apparently gotten slightly damaged in shipping. It was a minor ding, on one corner of a panel, that was barely noticeable and did not interfere with function at all. Nevertheless, Bill told me he would order a new panel and replace it at no additional charge. He even suggested I withhold $100 from the payment, payable when the panel was replaced. PRODUCT/INSTALL QUALITY: We are very pleased with the door. It is attractive, lightweight, and far better insulated than our old door. It opens and shuts very smoothly on its new hardware. The only issue we had was that two of the windows, which are double-paned, had condensation INSIDE/BETWEEN the panes that would not clear, apparently a very rare manufacturing defect. Since Trinity was already planning on replacing the damaged panel, they said they would replace those windows at the same time. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Everyone I spoke to at Trinity was friendly, polite, and informative. TURNAROUND: Trinity does not schedule the install until they have a delivery date on the door. While I understand the reason for this, the result was it took about six weeks from estimate to installation. The other garage door installer we'd gotten a quote from said he could have done it in about half the time. It took about another six weeks for them to come out again to replace the damaged panel and defective windows.

Google5We replaced all three of our garage doors. Before doing so, we received four different quotes. Not only was Trinity's quote less than their competitors, they were by far the friendliest and most professional. They explained everything in detail and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. They did a great job with the install and we would highly recommend them if you're looking for new garage doors.
