Yelp5These guys are an excellent company to work with. Super responsive and they do work above and beyond whats required. Very reasonable prices too. They were extremely helpful during the ice and wind storm that created havoc to our garage door. Now the door works better than ever. Definitely recommend them!!!! A+++

Google5If you have been disappointed by lack of customer service lately (as I have), RW Garage Doors will restore your faith in mankind!!! Not kidding! They are over the top with their service and performance. On time, courteous and also kept me informed. Brittany and Tim and all the rest - THANK YOU! and we LOVE our new garage door!

Yelp5Robert from RW Garage Doors was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He made sure that our doors worked as they should and give us multiple tips to keep them running into the future. Robert was the most personable trades person that I have ever dealt with. RW Garage wasn't the least expensive quote and they definitely were not the most expensive either but I am glad that we went with them.

Google5We are so happy we chose RW to replace our 40+ year old garage doors. From the initial meeting with Tim, the installation by Robert, and everything in between - our customer experience was a perfect 10 /10. These guys really love what they do and it shows - very professional, super knowledgable, friendly and helpful, on time, great communication -- they tick ALL the boxes!

Google5Robert continue to impressed us with his top-notch service and work quality. He spent his time to ensure the install is perfect and explain the install process. He also went above and beyond to educated us on keeping thief from coming through the garage way. There is no job is too small for him. He replaced our entire garage, then did a simple garage opener install for my parents. We are very grateful to have Robert as our garage guru. All my future garage service referral will definitely be him. Thank you again Robert!

Google5I am so glad I chose RW Garage Doors! Tim came out to quote the job and delivered his bid very promptly, including several options for me to choose from. He didn't pressure me and even greased my existing opener to quiet it down! The office staff answered all my questions and made sure I knew what to expect moving forward. Robert did my installation, and I could tell right away he is a perfectionist who takes pride in doing superior work. He had no problem reusing my old opener and took the time to make sure all the old and new pieces worked together. As a result, my new door is perfectly positioned in the opening, looks beautiful and operates smoothly. Inside, the new tracks and structure are precisely aligned for a neat appearance and stability. Robert even left my garage looking cleaner than how he found it! I will highly recommend RW Garage Doors to anyone!

Google5RW Garage Doors was able to evaluate and provided both an estimate to repair or replace our original roll up solid wood garage door from 1974! (Our car slid on ice down our driveway into our lower level garage door) Thankfully it was able to be repaired! Professional, high quality, prompt and sturdy repair! Good as new!! The cost was extremely reasonable! They stand behind thier work and high quality products! Their entire team from making the appointment, getting an estimate, technicians follow through are the people you want to work with!! They are the ONLY Garage Door Repair company I will ever recommend!! You will not be disappointed!!

Yelp5This is absolutely the company you want fixing your garage door. Double garage door had a snapped cable and ended up with most of the wheels on both sides off the track and the door hanging precariously over my car. I had called other companies, sent pics, etc they all quoted me for an entirely new door. Each said there was no chance of fixing the door I had. RW came out thinking it could be fixed. 1 person showed up. My garage door was fixed quickly, still works better than it did prior to the cable snapping and it's been quite awhile since it was fixed. My grand total was something like $200. I think I've even written a review for this company before but seriously, there just aren't many companies around that strive to do right by their customers like this one did.

Yelp5Call this company for your garage needs! From start to finish, they make everything easy for you. Their rates are way more reasonable than any garage company I called, yet the service was better and more responsive. During the service call, the technician (I believe his name was Robert) realized that the builder installed my opener incorrectly. He quickly fixed the issues and my garage has been working properly ever since. I would definitely use them again!!

Yelp5A+++ from initial contact via Yelp to end of job. They were very fast at giving us a quote and scheduling replacement of 2 garage openers on Yelp chat, very responsive and seamless experience. Robert came out to do the job and he was very friendly, patient, and thorough (wore a mask too!). Before he started, he detailed to me exactly what will be done. It took about 3-4 hours to complete the job and once it was done, he summarized the scope of work and gave me a 101 on how to operate everything, very helpful. He went over company and manufacturer warranty and reassured us that if there were any problems to call him directly. Robert and team did a wonderful job and we would recommend them to friends and family and/or calling them back in the future.
