Google5Extremely happy with Ryder. Very businesslike and professional. Installer was very proficient and personable. In comparison with other quotes for the same job, they were very reasonable. Ryder will be the first one I call for garage door needs in the future.

Yelp1absolutely terrible customer service and quality. Technicians came without tools and wanted a waiver to install doors. The 2 of the 3 doors installed had the windows at the top of door after order was for them to be 6 ft from bottom. When they came to correct the problem, they were very nasty and The 3rd door was never installed. They left my property stating they would return with a scissor lift and never returned. I hope no one gets the treatment that I did. I called another company who cheerfully agreed to install the 3rd door and the service was amazing. I will be giving all my business to them.

Google5Great service all the way around from Ryder Garage Door LLC! Our garage door was purchased through Home Depot and Ryder Garage Door does the installations for the Depot in our area. From the initial contact to the installation of the door, the installers were great to deal with and very professional. We had very good communication along the way from Jeff at Ryder as we waited for our special order door to arrive, and very prompt installation after the door was received at the Depot. Jeff and Micah from Ryder did a great job on the install and they went happily about their work, which is not something you see every day! All and all a very pleasant experience with Ryder!! Highly recommended

Google5Jeff came out for Ryder and did an excellent job on installing my spring and Genie 7055 garage opener. He explained all items and arrived on time. He even made a few extra adjustments for operational endurance on the frame. Thank you so much!

Yelp5We called late afternoon on a Tuesday and the repair man, Jeff, was at my house first thing on Wednesday. Jeff was polite and knew his business, he checked out my garage door and told me what was happening, what a great service call!! I highly recommend him and his company, call Jeff :)

Yelp5The spring on my parents garage door was in bad shape, to the point of shredding the gears in the opener. After a quick in person consult, we had the opener scheduled for replacement the next day. The tech. arrived early finished on time and was professional. maintained the door spring and installed the new opener. We also opted for having the other door maintained, everything is a lot quieter and smoother to operate. I suggest Ryder garage doors over the others, we had some very rough interactions with other services Ryder got the job done, Fast. Thank you.

Yelp5We love Jeff & Stephanie, owners of Ryder Garage Doors, LLC. When we were shopping for new replacement garage doors, they got our business hands down because of their responsiveness, patience, and honesty. Their bid was definitely competitive and they even offered a senior discount. The installation was done in a professional yet friendly manner. Jeff showed up to our appointment within the time window promised, and even called 20 minutes before to verify his arrival time. One of the panels of one of the doors had the slightest mark on it when viewed at a certain angle in the sunlight, and Jeff changed the panel out for a new one, even though we never noticed the mark at all. When, about 6 months later, one of the doors started to squeak, Jeff was out to fix it within 48 hours of my email communication with Stephanie. Again, he was friendly and professional, even though it was a "freebie" visit since the doors are still under warranty. Skill, integrity, reliability, and great customer service seem harder and harder to find these days, but not if you hire Ryder Garage Doors, LLC to purchase, install, and/or service your garage doors. We wholeheartedly recommend this business to everyone. (By the way, we are NOT related to Jeff & Stephanie, but they make us feel like family, just the same).
