Jason doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Our garage door needs a seal at the bottom. Have made 2 different appointments, and neither time shows up or even follows up. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to do the job, just tell me.

Absolutely blown away by this company. Had an issue with our garage door so I gave them a call after work, they fit me into their schedule and were here the next morning. Awesome down to earth people. Will 100% use them again if and whenever I need them!

Been dealing with an old(er) garage door and an opener that hasn't worked since we bought our house a few years ago. We always try to keep our business local, so we decided to give Midwest Door Doctor a try. We ordered a new door and opener. It took about 6 or 7 weeks for the door & opener to come in, which is exactly the timeframe we were given, so that was no problem. Jason came out and installed it on a frigidly cold day, which I felt horrible about. We were extremely grateful, however, to have a quiet door and an opener that actually works. :) I cannot recommend Midwest Door Doctor highly enough. Jason is friendly, competent, and his prices are fair.

Spring broke on my garage door. Other companies couldn't get out to fix it for a week. Jason came out the next day and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Great service. He will definitely be my first call from now on.

Should honestly be one star, but hey, he did help me get my car out of the garage. Call them because we have always beleived in doing business with Milan companies. Called for a broken spring. Upon arrival, he said I would need a new door (which is honestly probably the case) Looked at the spring, and told me " Parts are unavailible" and you will need a new door. proceeded to tell me that it would be 6 weeks, which with supply chain, and people not working....I get.....to a degree. Proceeds to tell me that it will be 2500 bucks to replace the old door with the new one installed. Haphazard measurement of the door width, and no measurment of the height.... no headroom measurment....no anything.Unlike my useual Virgo self, I did not research this ( I did later, and wished I had sooner). So I patiently ( again for me not normal) waited 5 weeks after the door was supposedly ordered, mind you I had texted from my number, that he had been texting when we first called, and I get " Oh is your door broke?" I get your a one man operation, and your busy, but ya should know the customer you are trying to charge 2500 bucks to for an new door. Then a little later he tells me he hasn't heard about my door order but it "should be soon". As fate would have it, Raynor door was at my place of employment this week, replacing springs (just like the ones I was told wern't made or availible anymore) on our ambulance bay door. Also looked up the national average for total door replacement and I was going to be charged over 700 bucks more than the high end of that average. Just doesn't jive. No communication, and trying to get me to buy a new door, based on a lie that parts are not availibe, very shady business practice. I immediately cancelled any service, or contact with this business, and individual. In my opinion, steer clear of Midwest Door Doctor at all costs. Also...looked up haas garage doors.....the one he was selling me has a msrp of 900 bucks. Never been good at math....but where is the other 1600 going???Took it down to one star. After I cancelled it he ordered the door anyway and when I told him told him to stuff it, he responded with childish texts and by legal definition...threats. absolutely stay away at all costs

Jason replaced two sliding farm style doors with a new garage door! This means he had to completely start from scratch with building a new track. He did it all very quickly with excellent performance. Definitely recommend his services and will be using Midwest Door Doctor again if the need arises! Happy to have made the upgrade!
