Fast repairs. Reasonable prices. Friendly people. The website has an excellent visualizer of different colors and styles.

I'm very displeased with service calls. Everytime it's close to $100 to just come out in the last year they have had to be called at least three different times. The latest happened this past Friday. My new cables that were replaced a few short months ago by Greg were just dangling. This time it's the torchen springs. So here we go with another service call charge and in a couple months probably another. I definitely would not use this company!

Nothing against the workers or service. Just about the manufacturer themselves. The doors are trash hence the nickname rusty raynor. If u want a door that has 15 different sized nuts and bolts pick raynor. If u want drums that u can't get a ratchet on pick raynor. If u want a full vision door get a raynor, you'll probably be able to see through the rust holes by year 5.

Dallas came to our house to replace a broken bracket and did additional work without my permission. He replaced a part that wasn't broke. I Do not recommend this company. We had to pay for something we didn't approve or request.

Greg did a great job. Called when he was on his way, listened to me as I described what occurred and told me that it could be fixed. 1.5 hours later I had a fixed door that works great. Very professional, highly recommend!!

I had my new garage door installed a couple of months ago. It works and looks great. The installation technicians were friendly and professional. I have an old garage that has settled over the years and they took the time to make sure the door worked properly. Jim C & Nick are a good representation of you company.

Scheduled us for a Thursday afternoon, I asked repeatedly about the time to avoid a dinner time conflict we had. By 4:00 pm with no appearance by anyone from Raynor. The woman who answered my call was rude and dismissive as was someone else who I spoke with that I was told was told was " One of the owners". My conclusion- this company is not interested in the " little guy" customer. Don't waste your time on them.

We had Raynor Door Company put a new garage door in for us. Evan and John were the two men here to put it in. They did a wonderful job of putting the door in. Very happy with the door and how it is working. We were also very happy and impressed with these two young men. They were so nice and helpful. We highly recommend Raynor Door of the Quad Cities!

6 years ago, I had Raynor install 2-residential insulated doors on our new house. I've had zero problems with them, so when I started building a new machine shed, it was a no-brainer to call Raynor of the Quad Cities again. Adam (my salesman) went through my options, and helped me pick the doors that would look the best, and be most energy efficient. He even gave me a color swatch, so I could order the man door's paint to match. I ended up going with 13' tall, 2" thick doors so I could park tractors and a 5th wheel camper in the shed. Adam warned me that it would be about 6 months for the doors to arrive (yes, it was Covid related supply chain issues). Long story short, the doors arrived in about 5 months and Adam called me to tell me they were ready. After coordinating my schedule, he sent Al and John to do the installation of the doors (and openers) which only took them 2-days to complete. Al and John did a great job of installing them, and left their work area clean. There's a difference between installers and "craftsmen" and I consider Al and John to both be craftsmen. Thank you Raynor!!!

I bought my house in November and neither garage door opener worked properly. I called Raynor Door to replace the opener and both remotes. Evan arrived, and in less than one hour, I had a new opener and two working remotes. Their prices are reasonable and Evan was very thorough in his explanation of all the features. Since the original opener was about 10 years old, I am very happy with the replacement service, cost and amount of time it took to get the job done.

Screw these people. Worse than a cable provider w/their time estimates. I was slated for an arrival of 12-4pm - on a Friday. At 3:15, I called and Erin - the extremely arrogant, snotty, loser, told me 'its only 3:15'. They will arrive and complete the repairs. Really? Thats what passes for customer service? Erin needs to be part of the Cancel culture, for certain. NEVER contact this outfit. They are not at all courteous - or reliable.
