Google1I have let them know of issues I have with my new Helmet Gutter system, unfortunately they do not seem to care about the issues of the craftsmanship/quality. I do hope to resolve the issues.

Google5I highly recommend Suburban Construction for siding your home! Their crew was so very careful working around our very landscaped yard. There was very little damage to the plants!!! They were always picking up and the place was spotless every evening before they left for the day. The Crew and their Manager were ever so happy and always smiling and some even sang to their music. I turned our music off so I could enjoy theirs! The crew manager was always happy to take my calls with any question I had. Their attention to detail and making everything just right was so fun to watch it all come together. We have a brand-new house that we are so very proud of!!!! I initially went to them because they are a long-time local business and have a strong presence in the community. I am so happy to be in such good hands!

Google5Suburban Construction did a fantastic job on our siding project. Darin and the whole team were great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that our house looked just the way we wanted it to. Additionally, the quality of their work was outstanding. All of our neighbors have been commenting on how nice (and younger) our house looks. We will certainly be returning to Darin and the team for future projects.

Google5Had our siding replaced last summer, did a great job. Last fall we noticed some of the siding was melting due to the sun reflecting off our neighbors window. Once we addressed the neighbors window (installed a dark screen over the window), Suburban replaced the damaged siding at no charge. Very satisfied.

Google2I'll start off by saying that all issues were resolved in the end, but it was a long painful process of getting there. Sales process was enjoyable, they then asked if they could do it in the middle of winter but I wanted to hold off till spring, which they were fine with. They called me up on a Thursday saying they'd like to start in the morning. I said, no problem. 45 minutes later, that same day, while we have family over since it was a nice day, 7 or 8 people jump over the fence and just start ripping siding off. No knock on the door, no call saying they were going to start today. Day 1 of teardown is over and as you can see from the picture, just left nails and hardware all over the backyard while we have three dogs. Day 2, they start installing siding and as you can see from the other pictures, craftmanship was nonexistent. Using a box cutter to cut a "circular" hole for a spigot, not dressing wires/cables, and my favorite of all... They pulled the EXHAUST from my natural gas hot water heater OFF of the heater, jammed it back into the hole (not attached to anything) and then sealed around it. Had I not noticed, my water heater would have been just pumping carbon monoxide filled exhaust gas into my basement. I also realized later that they went into my garage, flipped off all breakers and then just left them like that to where my security cameras weren't powered anymore. I then called and complained all of this, they were apologetic and said the foreman would be calling me. No call. People randomly show up when I'm not home. They fixed some stuff. Repeat process a couple more times. Not once did anyone that actually worked for suburban come out to discuss the workmanship but they somehow found the time to come and put a sign up and take 1 picture from the road. In the end, the job done is okay but working with them was a painful process. I think the issue is that they have so many crews and some crews might do a great job with a great foreman that knows what they're doing. I definitely didn't get that crew.

Google5In 2011, Suburban installed siding, gutters, gutter guards and shutters on our home. In 2016 we called Suburban again and they installed a new front door, side window, garage man door and two screen doors. We worked with JR on each project and he was great about helping us to choose product that met our tastes and our needs. The quality is wonderful and we continue to be happy with all of the work. Even more amazing is our recent contact with Suburban. We had a different company install windows in 2010 with a lifetime warranty but that only works if they are still in business. We were having trouble with the handle cranks on a couple of windows and not sure where to turn. We called Suburban and even though they had not installed the windows, they came to the rescue. Everyone at Suburban (JR, the office staff and the window tech) was understanding, professional and helpful. The window tech was in and out in 10 minutes but it meant so much to us. They truly understand customer service. We are extremely happy with Suburban!

Google5My project with Suburban Construction included all new windows, siding, gutters, and two exterior doors. I worked with JR on the initial quote and planning phase. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as were all the staff. They took great interest in what I wanted to accomplish and how I could achieve my goals. Their show room was well laid out with excellent displays for all the products and services they offer. The construction crew was very courteous and friendly. They were hard working, punctual, and extremely efficient with their time. I was very pleased with the end result. When I did have a couple issues that arose, they were quick to address my concerns and resolve. Upon completion of the project, there were some nails and small debris remaining in the yard. Considering this was done during February with snow on the ground, this is to be expected and they did their best to pick up what they could see. My overall experience from quote, to planning, to install, was excellent. The cost was affordable and included a warranty on all products. It was a pleasure dealing with such a great team of friendly and professional people. I would highly recommend Suburban Construction to all my family and friends. Thank you Suburban Construction for a fantastic experience. It's like I have a brand new house and it's never looked better! 5 Stars to you and your entire staff! John Hillgartner

Google5Awesome company. We had them put our windows in. Which they are great and that was some years ago. We had them put our siding up last summer and it's just as great. Infact I had called around and received different quote's and Suburban gave us the best price. I'm so happy with them.
