Google5Roberto and Keyshan were here and did a wonderful job. Roberto even took the time to figure out how to program my Kia car to the new garage door!!! That was a major help!!!

Google5Very professional. Our door required replacement parts but Roberto safely and solidly fixed the garage door so the door was consistently functional until the new parts were acquired. Project completed successfully with new parts and works perfectly.

Google3I'd love to share my experience once I have one. Supposed to come today, but snow storm. Have not yet rescheduled. This is the damage we hope to get fixed.

Google5Had a service person come to my home and looked at the garage door opener and knew the issue and had it fixed in couple of minutes. And my warranty was over. He called the office and explained to them what was the issue and they said there will be no charge. The service person didn't have to do that but he knew it was installed incorrectly.

Google1The repair man was great but said he did not have the right equipment and someone would call me to let me know how long it would take. After 2 days I called and was told it would take 2 weeks to get the part. I went with another company who said they would not have the same problem and they didn't. Fixed it right away.

Google5We hired Wayne Dalton to install our door. Throughout the entire process they were helpful and communicated often. They provided a quality product that looked amazing. Very satisfied with their technicians, sales people, and office staff. Would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Yelp1Terrible customer experience. The wrong springs and openers were installed, which caused the door to fall and get dented on a brand new house build. An employee Chris, indicated that the wrong equipment was installed and new equipment would be ordered to replace damaged and incorrect equipment. Its been almost a year and now they are not returning our calls and will not even have a conversation with us about the issue, for a job that was paid in full.
