Google5I am a local contractor. I have used Garrett's Garage Doors for many years now. I only hire the best and most reliable subcontractors, and that is what led me to stick with this group. Their doors are very quiet. If I ever have a problem, they come fix it right away. They are simply the best. Thanks for all the great installs over the years and on my personal house!!!

Google1These five star reviews are written immediately after work is completed. However, most problems with Garrett's garages accrue months later. They install poor quality components that don't last. After four years of average garage use, our garage spring has broken. After reaching out to get some resolve, I was told it wasn't under warranty. Would not recommend this company. They install faulty products and don't stand behind their work. There are to many reputable companies to chose from so chose wisely ! Follow up : There were lots of back and forth conversations ( with Garrett s garage ) but again no resolve. I stand by this review and have a company on the way to replace my spring!

Google55 stars all across. John and the install crew were extremely helpful throughout the project of a commercial fire shutter install and did great work on a complex project. Highly recommend.

Google5We recently moved into a house that was built in 2007. Apparently the garage door was the original and had seen better days. There was a sticker on it that led me to Garrett's Garage Doors. One of the best customer service experiences ever!! The girl that answered the phone was super sweet and super helpful. Told me John would call me to set up an appointment. John was prompt in calling me...told me what to expect and when to expect it. Cliff called me when he was on his way and when he got there (I was at work, my daughter was at home). He told me what needed fixing and what the cost would be. When he was done, he called me and let me know...and the cost was over $100 less than he had originally quoted. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Google5Contacted Garrett's Garage to look at my garage door and give me a quote. An appointment was scheduled right away. The recommendation was not to replace the door rather just fixing the rubber seal, replacing rollers and a few minor adjustments ( a lot less expensive than the replacement I anticipated). That demonstrates true integrity and professionalism. Just a few days later and today my garage door is fixed and It was very affordable!! Now that's how business should be done! Chad was great! Thanks!!!

Google5Garrett's Garage Doors was highly recommended to us over 10 years ago and we have been a client of theirs ever since. They are always on time, do excellent work, are courteous and friendly and give detailed information on the work they perform. I would highly recommend this company for garage work!

Google5Chad helped me select the perfect door for my detached garage. They did a two car 8' door , High lift and side opener. Jose did an awesome job installing and wiring. Best price, quality door and clean install.

Google5A friend recommended Garrett's. I own that guy a huge thank you. Garrett's Garage Doors sent Jose out yesterday to look at my failing motor and controls. They did a fabulous job fixing us up with a much much better garage door motor. It's now smooth and quiet. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs any garage door work done. I even received a follow up phone call today less than 24 hours later just to be sure we were happy with the service, the installer, and that it was all working right.
