Yelp5Sean was great. He always answered or called back promptly. The plastic closure strip on the bottom of the door frayed after 6-7 months and they replaced it promptly under warranty without me asking if it would be under warranty. These genuinely care about doing good work.

Yelp5Sean of Open Door Policy is my go-to door man for many years now and two different houses. He installed the MyQ app last year that I can't live without. No more "Did I leave the garage door open?" panic attacks far from home. I'm pretty tech savvy and I never could have figured it out. He's fixed all kinds of problems for me and is always responsive, transparent, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Yelp5Sean and Ed came out and did two full garage door installations. They completely tore down the old doors, including the rails and other old equipment, and installed everything from scratch. The attention to detail was impressive, and Sean was very communicative during the whole process, getting my opinion on the wall mounts and other features where necessary. We have had our new doors for a few months, and they're still as amazing as the day they were installed. A few things that were especially great: - Sean had great communication before the installation. Very responsive and willing to provide multiple quotes for different options. - They have access to lots of cool and new openers and garage doors. We got two wifi-enabled openers on a belt drive, and the doors are insanely quiet. - Their good prices are comparable and in most cases better than competitors. - Sean saw an electrical issue with my current outlet and brought it to my attention. Instead of leaving us empty handed, he let me borrow his extension cord so the door opener would function until we got an electrician to take a look. He even came back by the house to pick up the cord once the issue was resolved. - Sean and Ed were really cool and nice. That goes a long way.
