My garage door opener was replaced by Titan Garage Doors. I said the wall unit wasn't working either. Their technician Paul said he would check it out. When I came out he said "good news the connection just came loose, so there is no charge." Which affirms their honesty. The chain came loose so I called Titan Garage Door again. Their technician Paul came again. The door is older and may need replacement. Paul braced the door and hooked the chain backup. I trust Titan to be honest, They will continue to be my garage door repairmen.
