Google5Technician notified me as to the time he be at my location,; arrived on time. His diagnosis was to make several adjustments. everything worked well when the adjustments were completed. Good personality in explaining what was done.

Google5John and and his assistant did an excellent job with our repair from start to finish. He explained the options clearly and politely. Based on his recommendation, we upgraded to a torsion spring. His assistant also cleaned the contacts in the keypad. Everything is working now, and better than before.
