Google5Nancy with the Overhead Door Company of Gillette provides excellent customer service. I have had several issues with my garage door openers, (all have been owner/operator error) and both times Nancy has been so patient and helpful in assisting me to solve the problem.

Google1Very disappointed in customer service with Overhead Door of Gillette. Most businesses, including my own, thrive on customer service, and not necessarily who has the cheapest prices. I called last Monday morning to have 2 garage doors serviced. I was told the next available appointment would be for that Friday in the am, which I would suspect would be from the opening of the business day until noon, and that a service tech would call prior to arrival. As of noon I had not received a call or a service tech at the house. I waited until after lunch to call the office and confirm if my appointment was still scheduled. I was informed no one had put me on the schedule and that they would see if they had a service tech available. I waited another 45mins to an hour and called back again, already in my mind knowing Friday afternoon no one would show up. I was correct. During this call, I confirmed another appointment for this morning, between 9-10. Again another no-show or phone call. I called the office around 11 and after being on hold was told it would be after 2pm. I declined the appointment and have taken business elsewhere. I get times are trying, but communication is key in the business world.

Google5Great experience! The lower panel on my door was rusting do to contact with snow and age. Overhead Door Co. had the exact replacement panel and new weather-strip. The technician was so quick and courteous. After the replacement, the technician lubricated and adjusted my door and it works like new and is so much quieter. Thank you Overhead Door Company!

Google5We had a broken spring on our garage door at Quality Floor Covering and they were able to get here sooner than they originally thought. Fast ,friendly service and our door works beautifully.

Google5On 12/29/15 my garage door would open only 2" despite troubleshooting it. Of course, my car was in the garage and unable to be removed. I called Overhead Door Co. of Gillette, described the symptoms and within an hour, the service associate, Brandon, was at my door with all the items necessary to repair it. Because he already had items he suspected would repair the door, he didn't have to waste time going back to the shop. Brandon was very respectful, efficient and within no time my overhead door was repaired!
