Yelp5I called the store on a Monday night after business hours and left a voicemail. They called the next morning and set me up with a service call the next day between 12:30 and 1:30. Lance, the service tech, showed at 1:00 and did a garage door replacement in a little over an hour including walking me through Wi-Fi setup. Lance was very efficient and helpful by talking me through the setup. I highly recommend this company!

Yelp5Incline Door has been very responsive every time I have called. They really helped us out this last time, spring broke and we were having great difficulty. They came and fixed it right away. I have always found them to be reasonable and fair. Great to have them in Incline village.

Yelp3OK if they deign to return a call. I think 5 days for a 22 yrs plus customer is sufficient time to say Not Responsive!!

Yelp5The team at incline door company is awesome replaced and set up my garage door opener in about 40 minutes and gave me some tips about how to maintain in the future. When it's time to replace the door, I will definitely call them first!

Yelp1I attempted to get a quote, help from them for 6 months and was continually met with rudeness and indifference from Jennifer Pranin who runs their office. In the end it took 5 months to get them to schedule us for an assessment, and that day (today) they called x3 for being late. Then, they called after we waited all day to say now he could come over (or do you want to reschedule?). I said we've waited all day, let's not waste another day we will be here! And she responded with, "we don't need your business, find someone else!" Wasted five months and got a lot of attitude. Go to Truckee Overhead Door. In response to business owner's response: your response is clearly trying to smooth over bad business on your part because it's now public online. I tried for a month to get you all to come help us, to come help us measure. Our awesome builder who I also think is great said he gave you our measurements and it should be easy. You never had measurements nor seemed interested in actually helping. When I got measurements and called back, we made appt to have someone come assess job. My husband and I took entire day off and we are a busy nurse and firefighter family to meet you. You called 3 times to rudely tell us you were late, then thirty minutes after the latest arranged time you texted me to say that your person was still in Incline!! We live in Olympic Valley. The job never felt like your company cared, like we were too "small scale" or something for your dealings. We felt like a nuisance. I'm sorry as well because we put months (starting in Dec, and ended this March!) into trying to work w you because of our builder, it ended with you telling me "we don't want your business anyway, find another", click.

Angi5He was prompt and professional. I fixed the garage door in about 20min, but I thought the price was a little high at $85 for the service call. Services Rendered: I had him out to repair the garage door.
