POOR COMPANY! I have had nothing but problems trying to get ahold of them to fix brand new commercial openers they installed. They buy doors from another company mark everything up and then refuse to come fix there poor install. I have a steel building and they did not bother to check that the openers worked when they left, as they do not work at all they need remote wires ran to the outside to get signals. I tried multiple times to reach out with no answer back, and then I get mad and now they refuse come back because I hurt his feelers on the phone after months of nothing! Side mount commercial opener just clicks when I try to open it remote or not, should be warranty but as to they already cashed that original check money in there pocket he will not come back! Save your money and hire a reputable company not these assholes
