Google1I will NEVER use or recommend Country Lift Master Garage Door!!! I called Tuesday morning, 11/7/23, to schedule an appt. I was told a tech could come over the same day around 2-3pm to look at the door & that it would most likely be repaired the same day. I was to receive a heads-up call from the tech approximately 15 mins prior to arrival. I finally received a call from the tech at 315pm to ask me what my availability was to schedule an appt, as if I didn't already have an appt. He apologized & reschedule me for the following day, Wednesday 11/8/23, at 3pm. I received a call from the same tech at 315pm Wednesday trying to find out my availability to schedule a time to come over... again, as if I didn't have an appt. I told him I would not reschedule & that I would be contacting another company. I called the owner Thursday morning to make him aware. He apologized & swore that he would have a different tech at my house today 9-11am today. I agreed because he seemed quite sincere. Guess what! No tech came & my garage door still isn't fixed. Smh

Google5Technician arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do. He was very efficient and even made a couple of minor repairs at no additional charge.

Google5I called two companies in Newark before calling Country Garage Door and to be honest the only company that picked their phone up and answered were these guys. So they got my business. Eugene came out very quickly, instantly diagnosed the issue, and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. He was courteous and seems like he loved what he was doing. The results are exactly what I was hoping for - my garage door works better than it did before it broke. Country Garage Door is my from now on the only company that will service our overhead doors.

Google5I'm glad I ran into Country Garage Door. I called Sunday and talked to the owner. He was very courteous. The tech Elijah arrived the next day and he was very nice. He was not try to sell me anything or charge me for anything that I didn't need. He was very professional. This is my third garage company that I had used. Country Garage Door you have a customer for life. I highly recommend this company.

Google5I am 100% satisfied with Country Lift Master Garage Door! I was in a hurry backing out of my garage and damaged the door, breaking the spring. The garage door no longer could open. I called a different companies in Newark at first, and the guy on the phone was driving and cutting in and out before the call dropped. So I called Country Lift Master Garage Door. A very pleasant gentleman named Elijah took my call and scheduled a 2-hour window for service. My technician Elijah called ahead when he was on his way (I appreciate that kind of service), identified the problem, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed it right then and there. (Bonus that's he's an unbelievably funny guy). I know my broken garage door is not a first world problem, but I was so relieved to not have this issue drag over into several days of frustration. Thank you, Elijah! And thank you Country Lift Master Garage Door!

Google5Great customer service! Country Lift Master Garage Opener & Spring Repair lives up to its reputation: they do the work fast and right the first time! The company was highly recommended by family friends. I'm so glad I took their advice. After getting my garage repaired and having a new opener installed, I can honestly say they did an outstanding job. Thank you for the excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, and great work!!!
