They figured out the problem and explained what needed fixing. After ordering the parts, they came back quickly and got everything working smoothly. The technician was professional and really knew their stuff. I'll definitely call OMW(tm) Garage Door Repair Lincoln again if I need more help with my garage door. Highly recommended!

Google5After I got off work at 5 p.m., I called the company, and they said they could come the following morning at 9 a.m. The representative explained over the phone exactly what I would be charged and how much it would cost. Very reasonable price from what i researched and called a couple other companies. As scheduled, the tech showed up on time, fixed the broken spring, nice guy and did quick work. Could not be more satisfied with the work done and the communication by the company. Highly recommend and will be calling again if I have issues

Google510/10 Service, they replaced my springs on my rental house and did it with full communication between me and my tenant. Will use again.
