Google5Chris and Blake were great to work with getting two new door openers installed. Chris was quick to come and give an estimate that was clear and concise. Blake arrived promptly and performed a professional install and helped train me on the new openers including connecting them to my router. Thanks Overhead Door for your great work!

Google5I had Blake out for a service call a couple months ago to tune up and repair a few things on the garage door. He was awesome! He was able to come quickly and was very communicative with what he was working on and the timeline. He went above and beyond what I had asked him to do and fixed up a couple extra things to keep my garage doors functioning like they should. Highly recommend!

Google5I made an appointment for Sept. 22. The tech was going to be there around 10 - 12. When the tech didn't show up by 2 I gave them a call. I spoke with a very nice and professional named Shawn Bradley. (Service Manager) There had been some confusion with the scheduling. However, Bradley informed me he would be there after work to take care of the garage door. He came and fixed the door on his own time. This guy was so great and very informative on the repair of the door. He was happy to explain everything you should do to your door to keep it working good. I would highly recommend this company. More companies need people like Shawn.

Google5On Wednesday of this week, (Sept 13, 2023) I made a call to Bountiful Overhead Door to make a request for a tech to stop by my home and make some repairs and or adjustments on my garage door. I spoke with a very nice person. I ask for her name and she told me it was Prela. She set up my account and scheduled a tech to stop by that same day between noon and 2pm. The tech called me by phone and indicated that his estimated time of arrival would be about 1:30pm. He arrived just as he had indicated at 1:30pm. His name was Blake Clifton. He was very cordial and kind. He got busy right away. He had my garage door working great after making the necessary adjustments. He answered all of the questions that I ask him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Bountiful Overhead Door previously. I highly recommend using them for any garage door issues a person my have. For my experience with Bountiful Overhead Door I give them 5 stars. If you're lucky, you might even get Blake as your tech.

Google5The service professional, Blake Clifton, came right on time as promised. He quickly identified the problem on my 17 year old garage door opener, which needed to be replaced. He came back the very next morning and soon had the new unit installed and working great! Thank you Blake for your excellent service and professionalism! I would recommend your work to anyone!

Google5This company is the best!! We had Blake help us and he did such a fantastic job! Explained well what was going on and how to prevent issues we had with our garage as well as help us with a custom garage. Highly recommend to family & friends & will be going back in the future!! Glad they are servicing Northern Davis County!!!

Google5We had such a great experience with this awesome company! We will be calling them if we ever need any garage door help in the future! Blake came to fix our garage quickly and was very knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to explain what was going on and how to maintain. Highly recommend Blake and glad they service Northern Davis County!! The BEST!
