Google5Our garage door would not close by itself. After forcing the door shut I called Precision Door Service because of their good reputation. The garage door is less than a year old. Precision sent their technician Josh Stone out for repair. He immediately found that cable had jumped its track. He also found other problems and shortcuts that the previous installers had taken. Within 1 1/2 hours Josh was able to fix the cable and all of the other problems. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and Josh Stone to anyone for their garage door needs.

Google5Everything was just perfect! You were fast to respond, the technician knew what he was doing and got right to work. He was friendly and personable. He asked several times if we needed anything else. Great experience -- I would recommend Precision to anyone

Google5Great experience! I used them for a repair, they were very accommodating and even offered to come out same day during the evening. Technician was great and I felt he provided a very honest estimate. They also had zero interest financing which was nice. Would use again

Google5Russell arrived on time, was fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. In no time he had inspected my garage door, had some recommendations beyond just the spring, but wasn't pushy. He was ready and able to give me the quote and get the work done literally 45 minutes arrival to departure. This was a far better experience than I was anticipating. I will recommend Precision and especially Russell to anyone who needs garage door work.

Google5Russell was very helpful with fixing my garage door in a very professional manner If I every have anymore problems I will be calling to get the help from Precision Garage. From the people I talked to on the phone to the technician they were very friendly and helpful. My garage door broke at the lift part Russell replaced it plus replace my opener with a new one. He was very fast and helpful getting me back in working order. I appreciate the work.

Google5Cordon, Sky and Travis were amazing!! We have had the same old garage door for 20+ years and needed an entirely new system and track. These guys did it quick, easy and made it look like they were never even there! We LOVE our new garage door and would highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Google5Russell Holland our technician was extremely professional. We totally recommend Precision because of HIS professionalism. He reached on his way. Came when said he would. Did what he said he would do. He was fantastic and helpful. He even called us after hours to advise us on a custom part we were waiting on. Highly Highly Recommend Precision if they have staff like Russell.
