Google5Patrick was great. Looked everything over well, answered all questions without ever seeming in a hurry. He explained all options. Wouldn't work with anyone else bc his type of customer service tells me Precision will take of us in the future should any issues arise.

Google5Precision Garage door is not a quality company . I had a bittter experience with them a few months ago. They replaced my garage door and springs and about one year after installed door The garage door collapsed. I called for assistance late Saturday and they reported they could not come to Help me Until Monday! How was I to wait for that long? Furthermore they would not honor the warranty on the door. I was told by a reputable garage door company that the technician had not properly installed the garage door and that is why it collapsed and then insult to injury refused to honor the warranty. Please be careful If you are considering using this company for service. I'm extremely still Upset with their refusal to To help me and be reputable in honoring their warranty. I could have had serious injury to myself since I was in the garage at the time this tragedy Happened!

Google5Awesome company. Very fast to respond to my request. The tech Aaron came out and was very professional and excellent in his work. He completed repairing my garage door and installing a new garage opener very fast. It works beautifully and is way quieter than my old unit. Fair pricing as well. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to maintain their garage door or replace broken parts.

Google5Want to give a big Thank You to Caleb Gallegos our installer from Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio. He did such a great job of installing our new garage door and garage door opener. He did all the adjustments and explained everything so well. We are very pleased with his attention to detail and all his help. Thanks for a job well done.

Google5This morning when my son pushed the indoor garage door opener, the garage door slam down. I am so glad no one was hurt. The spring broke. I did not know who to contact to come and fix the garage door. When I saw Precision Overhead Garage was a 24/7 repair service- I noticed on their ad garage door can break at anytime . That is a true statement. I made an appointment on line-easy. They have a variety of appointment times-snap! I made the appointment and within an hour Wesley contacted me and said he could come out earlier-snap :0). He came out assessed my garage door. Gave me a fair estimate- with a military discount - double snap!! Wes fixed the garage door, installed the new motor in less than two hours. He was professional and pleasant . He explained how to work the new key pad and everything. Wes thank you so much. You are totally awesome. I highly recommend this garage door repair service. Ask for Wes. :0)

Google5Tech came out to my property to look over what I needed done and mentioned that they had exactly the door we would need in the shop (previously ordered but not installed) saving us a $1,000 or so, then the install Day came and they mentioned our current track was in great shape in order to just use it instead or switching it. All in all really happy I made the call to Precision to take care of my out of order barn door! Will probably post another review if something happens to it to review that side of their customer service as well.

Google5Patrick Mulholland was the best service tech we have used for any project around our house the last couple of years. He was very knowledgeable and he turned our old garage into a much nicer more modern looking part of our remodeled home. He was on time and worked very hard through the hottest summer days. He was always polite even when we didn't know what we wanted. He is a credit to your business, you gotta want more like Patrick.

Google1Was convinced by positive reviews to go with this company, but have been extremely disappointed with the quality of work. Person sent to do the estimate only spent about two minutes looking at the garage which lead to bad communication, and the install team being unprepared for the job and had to come back a week later to finish. The workmanship was amateur. There are so many holes in my sheetrock from the install guy struggling to find a stud. One of the supports for the rail wasn't even secured to a stud and came right out of the sheetrock. After speaking with someone from one of the stores, they won't do anything until someone from corporate contacts me. For the amount I paid I had much higher expectations.
