Google4Good company, they work hard on taking care of customers. Warehouse is a little slow but when you have new people, it's kinda hard to train them and push out the product fast.

Google1Called TexDoor for a quote. Told them what I needed and emailed several times. They responded at first but then stopped responding. I feel like I was "ghosted" by this supplier. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Google5TRUSTWORTHY!! We dropped our box truck off thinking that we would need a new spring but they were able to repair it which saved us hundreds of dollars. Great work & customer service!! Looking forward to doing more business with them!

Google5The people at TexDoor are top notch individuals. I've had the opportunity to get to know the owner and individual managers over the last several years and I am impressed. Good hearted, quality people who care about their employees and customers. I feel like family everytime I walk in that place. Google5Our company was connected with Tex Door last year. We had a customer needing a panel replacement. The receptionist got me on over to Joey (our sales representative now) and they got the panel for us the next day. I've typically always bought direct from other manufacturers but after the past year of working with TexDoor they are competitive on pricing, have one of the largest inventory of doors I've ever seen, and really give it their all. They are a big reason for my companies growth. To top it all off, some of the best customer service I've ever received has been from Joey. He is straight forward and when he says something is going to be taken care of, it always is. Kudos to Joey and everyone at TexDoor!

Google5Great company. Definitely would recommend. Had a door brake and in the same day they sent over someone to check it out. Guy was great, very professional and informative.
