Google5After a few days of DIY goofing around trying to fix our clearly defective garage door opener/springs etc, I had the sense to call Urban Garage & they dispatched Ernest to offer advise/repair/replace options. The end product is a top of the line new system expertly installed by Ernest - a perfectly quiet and balanced working garage opener that will last for years. Well done, thank you Ernest and Matt. Highly recommended.

Google5Urban Garage Door was the only company willing or able to give me ballpark numbers for what to expect to pay for spring replacement and after asking me a few questions, turns out they hit it spot on. They were available immediately and have military and senior citizen specials. Professional, courteous, good and consistent communication before, during and after the repair. Highly recommend!

Google5This company was so simple and straightforward to work with. I sent them pics, they sent me a quote. The guy was immediately available to come out, and he got my repair done in under an hour. The price was within the quote range they gave me, so no unexpected costs. And of course the garage door looks great. Thank you!!

Google5This is a wonderful company! Ernest came out and made some great recommendations. I went and purchased a new motor for the garage door and he was able to return the same day and install it. I then messed with some of the electronic settings and the garage door would not open and shut. Matt was able to come out and fix the problem right away. These guys have fantastic customer service and I highly recommend!

Google5Really great company for anyone looking to get a garage door opener installed. Another company I called cancelled on me last minute and Matthew was able to schedule me for a same day appointment. It was crazy how fast he showed up. Matthew performed an excellent and professional installation along with giving excellent customer-service. He went above and beyond to get the job done and I will definitely recommend Urban Garage Doors to anyone and everyone I know.

Google5I called Urban Garage doors because I wanted doors affordable and secured for my home. Spoke to Matt and he knew what he was doing and I felt comfortable. So I decided to go with Urban Garage doors and I am very happy I did. Here is a picture of before and after

Google5Matt, The Garage Father with Urban Garage Door, arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, repaired our garage door, and talked to me about the work he did, and what light maintenance we can do to keep our garage door working well. Matt was extremely professional and polite. His price for the job was fair and competitive. I highly recommend Matt for all your garage door services!

Google5Our garage door spring broke this morning, November 14th. The door was left partially stuck open. We called a few repair companies but only Urban Garage Door could come out quickly. Matt came out and quickly determined that it was the spring that had broken. Apparently it was a cheap tube styled spring and he recommended we upgrade to one that is more traditional and will last a long time and we agreed. He installed it in less than one hour. Matt was very friendly and informative. He deserves 10 stars!
