Yelp3John's garage door was extremely responsive. However the tech who worked on the garage door spring replacement was in over his head and a 1.0-1.5 hour job took 5 hours! And was only completed after a supervisor was called to get the door tension corrected so that it would go up and down on a straight track.

Yelp5My garage door opener finally went out (motor died) and I was in desperate need of a new one. These guys are five (5) stars for a reason! They immediately addressed my needs and the quality level of work and products were unmatched. The price for everything was very reasonable. Leo and Ben arrived on time and got to work right from the jump. They quickly repaired/replaced my garage door opener, took my old junk, and had everything cleaned up waaayyyy before I expected. These folks know their stuff and obviously hire very courteous, professional people. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs, replacement, or upgrade!

Yelp5We called these guys and they set an appointment for 12-3pm and they showed up earlier 9am to be exact. Ben and Leo showed up ready to work with all of their tools. They assessed the garage and gave us details on why it wasn't working. They switched out the old 10 year old springs to brand new ones and put the wire back on the track. Our garage works like new! Best company to ever have fox our garage. It was worth every penny. Highly recommended. Thank you Ben and Leo!

Google5I called John's Garage Door Services. The estimate was free. Donovan came promptly after the call and he was very pleasant. The fee was extremely reasonable. He went straight to the issue and fixed it. Highly recommend this business.

Google5Our garage door broke and wouldn't close. Donovan came out same day and helped me lower it to a safe position. He gave me good options and prices on the spot on whether to repair or replace. Prices were very reasonable.

Yelp5Great service and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I saw that the cables were loose and I needed help with this. I read the other yelp reviews and thought I would give it a go. I was excited to get a technician to come out the same day as I had called in the morning. Daniel arrived at 1pm, as my time window was from 1pm to 3pm. I showed him the cables and how they were loose. He even pointed out that my spring was broken. I'm happy with the service and my garage works again! Highly recommend.

Google5John & his team were the fitters for John's Garage Door, and what a great couple of guys they were. They were very professional and removed my old garage door and fitted the new one in a couple of hours. I was amazed how quick the were able to complete the installation and how clean and tidy the left everything. I would thoroughly recommend John's Garage Door and their products to whoever needs a new garage door.

Google5John and his guys fitted our new garage door yesterday. They arrived on time and got immediately down to it. They were polite, tidy and efficient and gave us really good explanation of how to work it all before they left. We love the door. Definitely would recommend them.

He estimated the price and started to fix it. Under 15 minutes, he finished it up, and my garage works normal again. Thank you Donovan and John's Garage Door Services for fast and affordable service. I definitely recommend this business.

Yelp5Our garage door would not open this morning, what a way to start a Friday morning! Luckily, we were able to get a same day appointment. Our technician Donovan was able to troubleshoot the problem. I was happy to hear that he had all parts to complete the job on hand. Donovan was quick, professional, kept a clean work site, and even serviced the remainder of the parts that were not replaced to ensure they would continue to work. Our Friday started off rough but Donovan ended it on a happy note and we're happy with the great service and quality work.

Yelp5I would give John's Garage Door more than 5 stars if I could! I contacted them when my garage door broke and would not open, and they were able to schedule me same day. The technician, Daniel, called and was even able to get here before the scheduled appointment time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and had the repairs completed in short order. I asked for his opinion and he gave me an honest answer regarding the type of spring to choose. I would recommend John's highly, and Daniel was great to work with.

Yelp5I am very satisfied with the service provided by Dave and all personnel that had contact with me. Dave repaired my garage door in the time frame he estimated, he was on point very professional and efficient. I was called throughout the day by the staff members and where on track until the jib was completed. This Garage Door Company has my wholehearted endorsement for their service and professionalism.
