A giant tree fell on my garage this morning. It damaged the roof and inside of my garage. I wasn't sure if I could safely get my car out. I have used Lockout Garage Doors before so called again and they were over within 15 minutes to help inspect the situtation. They said once the tree was removed they would return to help secure the interior beam and make sure the garage could safely open. Well, the HOA contractor did it for me, but I sure appreciated the help and service offered by Lockout Garage Doors. Honest and reliable company. I would use them again in a flash.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Friday. I called around and got quotes from other garage door companies. Lockout was reasonably priced, and they were able to come out to replace my springs the Monday after I called. Diane responded to my inquiry via their website, and she was so helpful and patiently answered all my questions.

Our garage door sustained some damage to the lower panel. Since it was late in the evening, we were surprised that they could come of within the hour. That was very important since the door couldn't close since it was off the track. They straightened it out in about an hour. Didn't need to replace the panel, just the horizontal strut. Cheers for coming out so quickly and getting it done!

Our garage door broke two nights ago. The guy they sent said it was the cable, he fixed it and left, then it broke right after he left. He came back didn't fix it. He also didn't change the wire on the other side which is about to break. This guy didn't inspect shit. I don't know why he stapled their business card on my wall and put their stickers around when they didn't fix shit. The next day I ask to talk to a manager and that was no help she started arguing with me lol. Bad business overall

What a hirrbel experience! We called lock out garage Door on 8/26 and totally got advantage of. They were pretty quick, but other than that- a huge nightmare. Let's start by the fact that I don't feel like those guys got any training with commercial overhead! We called for a miss functioning garage door, cables came out of the drum and the door got stuck. The tech arrived about an hour or two later, without and marked car or shirt, looks like just a random person from the street. Took them hours to indicate the problem and hours to fix it, it was a simple job. And the best part was the bill, 2800!!!! That's just a ripoff. After calling them trying to figure out what was done in there and why they are looking to Charge us high, they hit super rude and told me to basically fuck off. Look out for a different company.

Second time Justin from Lock-Out Garage Doors has come up big and saved me. My son drove into the door Justin came out at 11 pm at night to help .Thought he would just close the door temporarily till we could repair it . No he completed the job and serviced the door . You do not get this type of service now days .Well Done Lockout .

Our door cables came off the pulleys and the door was totally unusable. Mike came on a Sunday, within an hour of calling, did an excellent job at a reasonable price and explained everything. Would highly recommend and use again!

How anybody can say this business is great is beyond me. Leaving me threatening text messages, banging on my door when I had just got back from the Er, saying they were going to call this place and that, and I never hired them!!Called this afternoon to ask if I could talk to a supervisor and a very rude woman said no. Talk to me. I explained what happened and this person told me I had to pay a cancellation fee. I told her of course. I was going to. But I would like to show you the horrible text messages from that person first. I also told her they made me sick to my stomach. She became worse and hung up on me. All I am going to say is, this is a small business that uses intimidation practices. I found that out about an hour ago. This guy must have snuck onto my property because he does not show up on my ring camera. Still, glad I went with another great company who fixed my door up the same day. I just want to warn everyone. What I have experienced today, is horrible.

When the spring on my very heavy double wooden garage door broke a few months ago, I called Lockout Garage Doors after getting a neighbor's referral. Diane was very nice and informative and gave me an estimate of what these heavy duty springs could cost - I was pleasantly surprised the final bill was very reasonable. Justin and another tech were very courteous and professional and did the repair efficiently. They also gave the system an overall inspection/service to ensure no other issues were lurking. Fast forward to today - my garage door wouldn't close since the safety sensors kept making it bounce back. Cleaning and adjusting the sensors didn't help so I reached out to Lockout again. Justin returned my call within a few minutes. He knew exactly what was causing the problem and talked me thru the "correct" adjustments and got it working again :) I feel this family owned company is very honest, fair, and hard working. Dianne and Justin really do care to provide excellent customer service, and I'd highly recommend them to my neighbors.

A family member backed into the garage door making the door inoperable. In addition the base was bowed. I called Lockout and Diane went above and beyond to help. She had a technician at my home in less than an hour. The tech was extremely skilled, kind and professional. He repaired the damage such that it could barely be detected and saved us from having to spend $750 on a new panel. Repair cost was extremely reasonable and the door is as good as new. Highly recommend and will definitely use Lockout Garage Doors again!

One of our garage door spring broke. Called Lockout and they came the next day, quoted us and got it done within an hour. Replaced 2 springs and thanks to a thorough inspection, noticed a broken hinge and replaced it for the same cost. Very happy with the service.

Customer service is top notch!!! We had a spring break on a Saturday morning and couldn't open our garage door. We called Lockout and the owners answered and turned right around from a trip they were taking. They came to our house within a couple hours to help us open the door to get our cars out. The spring was replaced that Monday! Can't recommend them enough!!

They called ahead to tell me they could come early. I was at work but told them I'd be home in 15 minutes. They were there waiting for me when I arrived. One workman fixed the door springs in about 30 minutes. Everything is working well. I did not get other estimates to compare pricing. I had used this company before. However, when the workman arrived, he said they were a completely new group of guys working there. Services Rendered: One (of two) springs had broken on our automatic garage door. I called them and they came out the next day to fix it. They recommended changing both springs. Cost would've been $200 to fix one spring.
