Yelp5RJG came out for service within 2 days after my service request over the Easter holiday. Lance was great, from the quick install of 2 torsion springs to recommended maintenance for longevity of the springs. On the top of my garage door repair list when needed!!

Yelp5Garage door was making a weird noise and would not open. Called RJ garage service and received same day service. Dylan who was excellent told me what the problem was and what could be done to repair it as well as the benefit of just getting a new system. Due to the fact that my system was old I opted to get a new system, and Dylan who was quite efficient. Had it installed in about 40 minutes walked me through all my questions how to operate it what to do and all in all just a super knowledgeable, friendly man highly recommend Dylan. Again great service and request Dylan!

Yelp5Lance with RJ garage door service came out to replace a screw that popped off the lever to lift my garage door very quickly. I appreciate Lance explaining to me in detail what he was doing and also gave me future recommendations to look out for should I have any issues with my garage door. I appreciated his honesty and suggestions to maintain our garage door. Lance was very professional and courteous. Thank you Lance

Yelp1I don't understand how they are rated so high. I didn't find them reliable. The "technician" didn't submit the estimate to my home warranty company. I had to call RJ Garage door and got the run around (I was told that I needed to call my home warranty and was told they were not able to do anything until they got the repair estimate. My daughter had to go out in the cold with her baby. I called RJ's but the phone rang and rang. I left a message three times but they didn't get back to me. Think twice before you call this company.

Yelp5This is a good Company. Very Honest people. They will find the problem and give you options and disclose up from prices. Barr and Dylan came to fix my two garage doors making a lot noise and so slow. They provided the proper maintenance and replaced and updated, upgraded my two garage. Also They gave me in writing a warranty for five years thumps up Thank you Blessings

Yelp5I called rj garage doors in desperate need of a door change because I somehow managed to break my door! They were speedy and responsive, they showed up in a very timely manner. Bar showed up and gave me a great quote and told me they could get it done within a day or two. Best service, best price! Highly recommend.
