Yelp1They came to my house to put in new garage door openers. I had to constantly call them to come and do the job. They lied to me about the product because now the gears are grinding on the unit and it's creating dust on the top of it. Door won't open properly at all. I have to manually open and close it just to get out of my garage! They won't return my calls and stole 200 dollars of my money and never finished the job. I was looking to get a refund, but I can't get a hold of anyone and they just send you to voicemail or ghost your calls. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! The guy's name was John Robinson that put in my door openers.

Yelp1This company is horrible!! We called and asked for an estimate. The service tech that came out was super nice and professional. When he called the boss John to get the quote for the job things went horrible from there. John was completely unprofessional. He kept trying to insist that we do the job right then. John even told me that my husband told him that he approved the work to be done. I called my husband and asked him and found out that was a lie! When I told John that we just wanted an estimate and we weren't having any work done that day he called his service tech that was at my house and yelled and berated him. I could hear what he was saying. It was my choice not the service tech's about whether the job was going to be done. After the call was done I found out that the tech had been fired because I wouldn't agree to the deal. I called John personally, he first offered to lower the price by $300. I told him money wasn't the issue that his conduct was, that's when he began to talk down to me asking me what my experience in sales is and that I didn't know what I was talking about. After telling this boy (not a real man) how disgusting his business practices are he tried to charge me for his time. I told him he never once told me we would be charged for an estimate before we scheduled the appointment. He went silent. Then when I asked why he had nothing to say about that he just hung up and refused to deal with me again. I hate that the tech was fired just because John has horrible business ethics!! John is a coward and a punk and I wouldn't use this company to come pick up my dog's poop out of my yard!!!

Yelp1RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF, They charged my bank account to do work BEFORE THEY DID IT....NEVER DID IT and have been "ghosting" me ever since. NASTY, RUDE AND IGNORANT man on the phone hangs up on you. 229.00 out of the bank account of a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and nothing has been done since July 6, 2021. Here is a copy of our last communication AND STILL NOTHING The house is sold. I wrote and told him that also...STILL NOTHING. Below is what JOHN ROBINSON responded and again nothing. I pulled up SEVERAL bad review on their website...mostly from women about how they never show up or come and leave a mess and don't finish the job or...like me...got ripped off for all of the money and no work done. one star ONLY because it was the only way to post Ok thank you, we will resolve this tomorrow. This house is supposed to close in a few days and the new people need to be able to use the garage door. I have a terminal lung disease and cannot travel to follow people around. Yelp1This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. They did not complete the job and ran off with my money. They claimed that the missing piece that was needed to complete the job would be installed the next day. It was NOT! Several appointments were scheduled to come back and finish the job, but then no one shows up. I've made multiple attempts to contact different people within the company to finish the work, but either no one answers the phone or calls back. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be greatly disappointed! Fortunately, this company recently hired, Jordan Davis, and he is wonderful. Because of him, we finally got our job finished. This company is lucky to have at least one person who is conscientious and cares about other people.
