We have used All City Garage 4 times over the last 8 years or so and have always had excellent service, today was no exception. They have a great tech. that came out to give the original bid, kept me up-to-date on arrival time, gave quote after measuring on the spot, got on the calendar about a week out, installed in 3 hours (it was a 100 year old garage that wasn't even close to square). Very impressed and pleased with our service. Many thanks.

If i could give this place no stars i would, my husband is a GC and went to ask some questions and apparently he didn't want to answer anything and told us to leave so we did. we were making a call in our car and he comes out again and tells us to leave and tries to shut our door and shuts it on my husbands leg and arm, My husband told him to not touch our car and he continued to try and shut the car door seeing that my husband was in the way of the door then he pulls out HIS phone and takes pictures acting like he wasn't the one harrasing us ?? mind you we were calm THE WHOLE TIME. it was a very weird and very scary experience. will NEVER be returning again. Angry weird old man.

I had an issue with a garage door that had a hinge that needed repair. Two other companies were not interested in the repair work, one even came over looked at the manufacture door brand and said, "Oh I don't repair these sorry" and proceeded to try and get me to replace the door that was under ten years old. Chris at All City Garage Door had me send a few pictures and in a couple days he informed me that Daniel would be able to repair my door. Daniel came over and repaired the hinge and was able to catch that our spring needed repair as well. We got back on the schedule for the end of the week and had our spring fixed. If you have trouble reaching the office to schedule just leave a message or call back it sounds like they may get busy. It's worth playing a little phone tag for good work and Daniel was super respectful during his visit to our home.

Not only was the product top of the line but so was the installation. All City Garage Door exceeded our expectation with the short wait time for delivery. The installation was done fast and very proffesionally. We used our old garage door opener and the keypad would not work and my best effort failed miserably. I called All City Garage Door and they sent a technician out and within minutes had the keypad program working. I would like to express the service after the sale was great and I would recommend this company to all my friends and everyone. Thank you so much, I wish I could give 6 stars.

Had All City Garage Door install a new garage door and the spring fell off less than 10 days later. Scary!! To their credit, they sent someone out within 1-2 hours to fix the door. However, because of how the spring came off the wall, it caused damage to the new garage door. Instead of promptly calling to schedule time to fix the damage to the door, I get a call from a "rude" person who acts like he's doing me a favor by scheduling time to fix my door. Unpleasant customer experience, I must say. Will look elsewhere next time.

They dont follow up with Owner and when you call them to get info they will hang up on you! Professional. I guess thats why business is handled in usa. Once they have your money they will disrespect you

A few people recommended this company and we wanted to stay local. However we never received a quote from them. Even after we called and they said they would send it to us, they never did. They completely blew us off. Also, I recommend reading the 30 something " not recommending reviews" at the bottom of this page. After reading that we feel like this was for the better.

Great service the day I called. Reasonably priced. Thoroughly satisfied with my newly repaired door that is working as it was designed to work. All City Door has installed the original door for the first owner. Their sticker was on the door. They were my first contact. Based on my address, they quickly identified the door as their install. I appreciate their quick response, the quality of their repair, and their loyalty to past customers. My neighbors all recommended All City. Likewise I also highly recommend them, too.

Yikes, terrible customer service. This guy must hate his job or his life or something because he's just rude and mean for no reason straight out of the gate. I've had to work with him twice now because he installed the glass garage door on my house and I have twice had to replace the specific glass panels. He is hard to contact, rude, didn't want to drive to my house so after scheduling a time and day to arrive he then texted to say it was too far away and I need to find another company to do the install. But then he refuses to tell me the product information for the glass piece that's needed so I can't even do that. He won't answer my texts or calls. And then I read his responses to the other reviews...guess this isn't new behaviour. If you decide to read this review, I'd really appreciate you please responding to one of my emails and giving me the product info so that I can order it myself and find someone else to install. Thanks.

My husband Steve called a garage door repair company a few days ago and they quoted him about $300 -$400 to fix one spring ! So then he contacted ALL CITY GARAGE DOOR and and they had a repair man here in less than 2 hrs after the call ! Price was awesome and very professional. We clearly recommend this company and will use them in the future. Be sure to get the right company or it can cost you lots!

Best service EVER! It was an instant repair and was completely free. I called to request repair since our garage door suddenly quit closing unless we held to hardwired button continuously. The polite guy who answered the phone suggested I try an easy remedy first and suddenly it worked perfectly! Everyone should use them!

Not good. I would say shame on this company for not being willing to try to accommodate someone with a disability. The president, Chris, snapped at me and said he could not deal with this as I was asking questions to see if the installers could accommodate my health issues. All I was doing asking questions. I am sensitive to chemicals commonly found in scented laundry products. I realize this is something many people are not familiar with but it is an ADA recognized disability. Please vote with your dollar and choose another company for your garage door needs. Services Rendered: New garage door opener installed

Outstanding Contractor. Have used them since September of 2000. Very professional and always high quality work. Very difficult to please my wife. They achieved this today. The door they installed back in 2000 finally needed the spring replaced (spring lasted 17 years, amazing). I was not able to be home. They communicated with my wife and everything went smooth. Once scheduled (Note my garage door died during the weekend) everything went well. Daniel was punctual and did a great job. I would definitely recommend All City and especially Daniel's service. He adjusted all elements of the garage door operation after the spring system was installed (about 1.5 hours to complete). The garage door operation is smooth as silk (definitely better balance than before). And I was appreciative that I paid less than the quoted price. Services Rendered: Both springs on my TorqueMaster had failed and needed to be replaced to get my garage door back into operation.

Both springs on my daughter's garage door suddenly broke. Dave was sent to fix. He was prompt, efficient, pleasant and very knowledgeable. After replacing the springs he adjusted all the settings on both the door and the opener and lubricated all moving parts. It now works better than ever.
