12 years later, new (to us) house, and the garage door springs break. These guys are still great. I called them up yesterday, they showed up today within the stated time window. Took them 20 minutes to replace the torsion springs, and paid a very reasonable amount of money. I would recommend them without hesitation for any garage door work.

I've used this company twice for different reasons, recommended by a friend. Jesse is fantastic! I trust him, he does a fantastic job and is reasonably priced! Jesse also has showed me how to set up opening my garage from my phone, monitor it whether open or closed, reset my key pads and remote. He's made my life easier and safer!

I had to replace a section of our garage door and it's been challenging to find the right parts because it's been discontinued. All other garage door companies estimated for entire door replacement, but Jesse happen to have the part I need and he proposed a replacement option for fraction of the cost! The result is a seamless fit and I'd glad I've hired them.

These guys are the original installers for our garage door opener when we bought the house 2001. I can't begin to tell you how good they are. My dad is constantly going in and out our garage, needless to say no opener has lasted more than 6-7 years. They've installed 3 of our openers and came out to rescue us another time when the spring broke. This last trip they came out the week i called and installed a new opener for us in about an hour. The tech even remember us from the last time prob 7 yrs ago. (Our garage is kinda odd, so it's easy to remember.) the fact that they have employees that's been with them that long should tell you something. Their price is fair, service is TOP NOTCH! I've used them for over 20 yrs and I REFUSE to use anyone else. Give them a call for your all garage needs, they will take care of you.

I evaluated 7 vendors and picked Jesse. Jesse came over and explained the door types and the process (rollers, hinges, stripes, etc), all of it. Super detail oriented. His quote was reasonable too Ricardo(Jesse's teammate) installed our door and did a phenomenal job within 2 weeks of initial installment. He and Brandon moved things around the garage very carefully and made sure to place everything back in the same position Regarding other vendors I evaluated: most just wanted to install a door and were not patient to explain the product or process. Jesse stood out distinctively with his professionalism and decades of experience

I had one of two springs on my door snap. I called around and found other estimates higher than getting springs and trying it myself. Seemed straightforward, right? Wrong. I gave up and called better built door. They had me taken care of faster than I would have if I never waited for springs to ship (BBD has them stocked). It also would have been cheaper had I just found better built door to start with. Customer for life.

I had the spring of our garage door broken, called this company as they fixed it years ago. Jesse picked up the call and said he can come the next day. He called me about 30 minutes before arriving, came on time, did a quick look and started to fix it with his crew, Ricardo. They mentioned that if the spring is under 5-year old, it's still covered under warranty. They really know what they're doing, went above and beyond. They lubricated moving parts, ensured that the door operate smoothly. I would use their service again if/when needed. We're happy with the services provided.

I had an accident my garage door, I bend it and the weather striping was gone. The door wasn't closing correctly but the garage door opener was still working. I called Chamberlain garage opener company and they gave me a list of repair company and Better Built Door LLC was among the list. I choose them because of the reviews and also of it's proximity of my home. I got Jesse who said he will see at the door and gave me a quote. I thought, it will be expensive because the door was bend, the weather striping missing and it will take some time to repair. But Jesse said the door didn't to be changed, he undid the bending , he repaired the spring and put a new weather striping for a fair price. I recommend Better Built Door LLC for garage doors repair.

Awesome experience! A service appointment was scheduled right away and Ricardo showed up right on time. He was professional. efficient and very thorough. Along with replacing the torsion springs on the garage door, he also lubricated the roller bearings and tightened up the hinges. They were really good. Inside the door of the garage there was a little button on the wall to open the door. One of the switches went bad and they came out immediately, no questions asked, and verified it wasn't working and popped on a new switch. No questions, no problems. It took them about 15 minutes. There were no hassles. It was really done well. Services Rendered: One of the switches to open the door was faulty, a manufacturer default. I called them and they came out and swapped it out free of charge.

We needed someone to repair our garage door ASAP as we have out of town guests flying into town this evening. Better Built Door was not able to come out on the same day, but offered to come out the next day. If we weren't in a pinch, we would have gone with this company, but we needed someone to come out right away. Services Rendered: We did not hire this company to do the work, but the person I spoke to was helpful and politely answered all my questions. He was also willing to come out the next day, and the price he quoted was not the cheapest, but it was very reasonable.
