Google5I highly recommend this company because they're honest, transparent, and do a good job in a timely manner. I actually called on a Sunday afternoon just to say I accept their bid to replace the torsion springs on my garage door. I didn't expect the owner to volunteer to come over and do the work on a weekend, but he volunteered. Within twenty minutes he was at my door, and in less than an hour he was testing his finished work. He said to contact him if I ever have any problem with the door. My wife commented the next day that the door opens and closes more quietly than before. So we're both really happy that our garage door works again thanks to Emerald and that their customer service is top notch.

Google5Jose at Emerald Garage Doors did an amazing job replacing our old wood garage door from the 60s to a new automated, quiet door. Not only was the quality of work fantastic, their prices are competitive. We did our research in the greater Seattle area and you can't find better than Jose at Emerald Garage Doors. Definitely referring Jose to my friends and family.

Angi5Great!! They responded to my request for service within minutes. The appointment to do the repairs was scheduled at my convenience. Jose was prompt, courteous, professional and he knew exactly what he was doing! He was able to fix my opener, too. :) The whole process took maybe 40 minutes. I thought I would be paying several hundred dollars, but it was less than $200! I will definitely recommend Emerald Garage Door to anyone! Services Rendered: The torsion spring on my garage door broke and the automatic garage door opener stopped.

Angi5They were on time, friendly and fixed and adjusted what needed to be adjusted. They didn’t try to up-sell me on anything even though my garage motor is in it’s last legs and problaby needs replacement. I would recommend them again. Price was reasonable and competitive. Services Rendered: My garage door needed the side cables and spring adjusted.
