Google5Our garage door opener refused to budge this morning and we couldn't get our cars out to get to work. We came across garage door pros online and gave them a call. 2 hours later a tech was at our home with a replacement garage door opener in his truck. Took him about 1.5 hours to install it and we couldn't be happier. We can now control the garage from our phones and it's so quiet! Overall a very good experience with this local business.

Google5We just bought a new house in Kirkland and tye garage door was in horrible condition. Amit and his team came highly recommended by neighbors on Next-door and we couldn't agree more. He came by and do a complete inspection of the garage door and gave us his recommendations. Once we approved the entire project was completed in less then 4 hours. New garage door opener, new garage door springs, new rollers, and new bearings. Our garage door works and sounds just like a new door. Amit and his team are knowable, polite and professional.

Google5The entire team was great! We had them replace 4 torsion springs and install a side mounted garage door opener for us. Called to set up an appointment and they had availability for the following day. The tech knew exactly what was wrong with our door within minutes and provided us with a quote. Once we approved he came back and got everything done within a couple of hours. Our garage door works so much smoother and quieter! We highly recommend Amit and the Garage Door Pros for any garage door repair work.

Google5Highly recommend. Timely, knowledgeable, easy to work with great product knowledge and customer service. My tech was the owner Amit/Adam, he knows his stuff. We've been doing a lot of fixing and maintenance around the house, trying to check things off towards the end of the year and I am very happy. We found a customer service oriented team. Yelp5Our garage door tracks got severely bent when I accidentally backed into them with my car leaving the garage. Garage door pros responded immediately to my request and sent a technician over. He replaced the damaged tracks and realigned the garage door within a few hours. The garage door now works just as it was before. Service timing was quick, technician was polite and very friendly and pricing I felt was fair and honest.

Yelp5I reached out to Garage Door Pros after our torsion springs on our garage door broke. This is the second time I had them come out and each time has been great. The service technician is very knowledgeable and very professional. He completed the job in less than an hour and pointed out the little holes and damages on the garage door that the previous homeowner left behind. Great guys to work with.

They were quick to respond to any questions I had, their prices are reasonable and they took care of the job as promised. Amit and his team are true professionals. Yelp3Hired this company to troubleshoot and replace roller wheels on 2 commercial style garage doors. Adam was the technician who performed the repair work. The good: - Very responsive and friendly. Adam always answered my calls or texts within the same day or next day. Out of 6 companies I called, this company was the only one that returned my call in a timely manner when I need a repair urgently. Also he returned to check on another issue after the repair and it turned out to be a different issue not related to the repair. - Punctual. Adam always showed up on time as communicated. The bad: - Way overpriced. I was quoted $500~600 to replace rollers per door. I needed to get one door working for a delivery so didn't have time to wait for other quotes to come in. the job for 2 doors was done in one hour roughly. It turned out other companies only charge half of the price ~$300 per door. Also for replacing a garage door opener, I was quoted $2200. Other companies quoted me ~$1200 (top of the line from Liftmaster) - Poor communication. After the repair, I discovered one of the rollers is still the old one and didn't get replaced due to the difficulty of removing the bolt. Until I asked, this was not communicated to me after the repair was done. - Subpar job-site cleanup. The old parts/rollers were disposed on-site in my garbage bin without any beforehand communication. Bottom-line: if you need an urgent repair and don't really care about the price, this company will do.

Yelp1This business is a scam. They charge you money to come and assess your garage door. The initial consultation was great, but then the company went MIA when it came to actually buying and installing the new garage door motor and repairing our existing door. They do not respond to emails. I've tried calling multiple times and there is no voicemail. I just want my initial money back. I'm frustrated that I've been duped.
