Alex came to solve the garage door noise issue that we had. He was able to identify the root cause immediately and fix it. He helped lubricate the rollers and spring to ensure they run smoothly. My garage door opener started acting up since the sensors were misaligned often. I had used National Door thirteen years ago when the door spring broke. I was very pleased with Jeff's work then. When I called to schedule a replacement opener, they gave me quotes over the phone and were able to schedule the installation for within a week. Jeff showed up within the time frame that was promised. He removed the old opener and installed the new LiftMaster unit right away. The only hiccup was the new opener's power cord was shorter than the original one and wouldn't reach the ceiling outlet. I had a surge suppressor that wasn't being used so Jeff made it work with tie wraps and anchored it well to the ceiling with a clean streamlined look. (See picture) I also requested an extra remote and outside keypad. Jeff helped me to add my pin to the keypad and I was able to program my car's HomeLink button to the new opener. The light on the opener is very bright and stays on long enough to get in the house. The entire cost was roughly $800 including installation.

It has taken three failed garage door maintenance company attempts to fix our garage door before finding National Door, Inc. (NDI). I knew from my initial call to NDI that we were on the right path. Paul set up the appointment and Jeff was onsite for the LiftMaster install/repair. Jeff showed up on time and was wonderful to work with. Jeff is clearly highly skilled, efficient, and displayed wonderful customer service and communication skills. The final bill was right in the range of the verbal estimate I received from Paul. Finally, we have a reputable garage door service for future repairs. Their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank You Paul and Jeff!!

Another great install from NDI! Super happy with our new garage doors installed with NDI. This is our 3rd and 4th door installed by NDI and they've once again done a super neat installation. Really happy with the quality of work from the install crew Jorge and Alex. The new openers are quiet, directly attached to the door spindle, and include battery backup which is great for our neighborhood where power in the winter can be unreliable. Everything also integrates seamlessly with our other MyQ enabled doors.

Found out my middle door chain was tearing out of the wall so he remounted it and tuned all of the doors and tightened chains. Excellent work and great communication. I took 3 bids and Dane's was the best. He delivered it while he was there and he gave me all the options to choose from (2 layer door or 3 layer door, chain drive or belt drive motor, keypad or no keypad. The worst bidder was the fellow from Costco who kept waving off my inquiries on price saying he would show that on the bid, and then he said he would email the bid later, and after I prompted him a day later he sent it a day after that with only the high priced choices. The installer Micah showed up during the promised window in the morning, and about 6 hours later the job was done. He went over how to program the controllers and then set them up the way I wanted them (both can open either door - the wonders of modern technology). Now 2.5 weeks later they have been performing flawlessly and they look great. I did the caulking and painting on the new door frame edges that the insulating strips on the sides and top of the door mate to. I also did the garage clean up to give Micah the room to work in, and the subsequent re-assembly of the garage mess. And I spent half an hour cleaning the doors to a perfect shine (they had a few smudges that I noticed in the sunlight the next day). All told I spent more labor time on the project then the installer did! Services Rendered: Replaced two old wooden 7' X 8' garage doors with new steel three layer doors, plus the tracks, belt drive opener motors, and controllers.

The quality of the new doors, regarding thermal insulation, warranty, and quality of door construction, was explained. The sales rep was very polite with both of us, and efficient in his calculations of what needed to be done to replace our old garage doors. We were very happy with both him and the young man who installed the doors a couple of days after we hired National Door. We had taken two other bids; of the three sales reps, we felt the Nat'l Door sales rep, and their installer who did the work, were by far the most professional in their demeanor as well as very competent. I recall it taking about four hours to remove old doors, install the new ones, and haul away the old ones. Beyond the cost of National Door, we did have to spend another $400 with our plumber to move our waterline in the garage so the new doors could be installed. Services Rendered: Replaced both old garage doors with Therma Tech steel doors and hauled away our old doors.

Everything went smoothly as scheduled. I have one big wooden double car garage door. Showed up on time, did the work, explained how it works, what to watch out for.
