Yelp5I requested a quote for garage door repair and Rick responded within 10 minutes. His quote was reasonable and we scheduled an appointment. They were able to get my door repaired 2 days later and he also recommended that I consider replacing the door opener at some point since the original is not quite powerful enough to lift a double width door. He left me brochures and later that day texted me to be sure that the door was functioning properly. I will definitely keep Orca in mind for the future.

Angi5Rick contacted me in less than 24 hours of submitting a garage door work request through Angi. I sent him some pictures of the damages and immediately after, he was able to provide me a quote, and the soonest he would be able to come out. On the day of the repairs, he and his partner arrived right on time. They were respectful, the service was performed carefully and efficiently, and most importantly, Rick was highly communicative through the whole process. He also provided a military discount.
