Yelp5Last summer we had Same Day replace our failing garage door springs. They did a great job! Last month, we noticed that the door wasn't quite working weight-wise. So we made an appt to have them come out and take a look. We thought we were going to be charged for this service call, but the tech took a look, tightened up our springs, and it became a no-charge fix! We were happy to find that this adjustment fell under warranty. Same Day is a company with integrity and I highly recommend them for your garage door fixes!

Yelp5My garage door system is 20+ years old. The center of the door was cracked, and it would buckle every time the door reach the top of the track, plus the spring was on its last leg. Same Day Garage Door Service did a great job and would highly recommend them. Caleb showed up and immediately identified the problem. He was super knowledgeable, didn't go high pressure sales but clearly explained the different options for an immediate or long term fix. He reinforced the center of the door, replaced the springs and rollers. Caleb did a high-quality job for a very fair price. I appreciate his candor and transparency would definitely work with this company again.

Knowledgeable and friendly techs answered my questions and helped make recommendations appropriate for my family and situation. I appreciate the methodical, quality-focused approach. Yelp5I called two companies for a quote to replace doors and they showed up almost at the same time. The door didn't need replacement and needed just servicing. I went with the other company because I already committed, but I liked how Caleb took the situation and still was really helpful . Caleb handled the situation professionally, was really informative and provided thorough information. I offered a payment for the trip, which he refused. Now I have his sticker and he has my business for future ones for sure just because of his attitude and professionalism.

Google5Service was fast. He thoroughly explained everything and wanted to make sure I understood it all: the quote, the price, the service, the warranty, the long term care. They also were able to work with my tight schedule and come in the evening when I was available.

Google1Called today as I was getting quotes and finding availability and was told "they get charged $149 for a phone call because of Google." And that they "run a a business" And that "they don't want to be in a bidding war"all before I even described the problem. They said they want "customers for life" and they "want to be the last company out" so I told them not to worry about coming out. Do you want a sales pitch and feel bad for calling a business immediately? ------- follow up ------ Not sure how I reply to the comment below so I am just editing my review. I asked for a quote. I didn't ask for a free quote, I asked if you had availability today because everyone else is coming out tomorrow. I have 2 companies coming tomorrow both charging a service fee. If you want to charge a service fee to offset your costs if the consumer doesn't go with you that's up to you and you shouldn't lead with that and try to make the consumer feel bad in a phone call. I'm absolutely trying to find a company who has good service at a fair price so I want to talk to a few companies.

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke and Caleb was able to come replace it same day. We then had issues with the drums controlling the door, and Caleb returned twice to adjust them. Response and service were great!

Google5It's never fun or convenient when your torsion spring breaks, but everything that came after that was a really positive experience! Same Day Garage Door Service is a local, family-owned business who responded very timely, offering us an appointment within 24 hours of our call. Caleb arrived promptly within the promised timeframe, explained the options clearly, had the garage door working again within an hour, and gave us some tips on how to keep it maintained. I hope we never see him again ;-) but I'd sure recommend him and his family's company to anyone else who needs garage door repair!

Google5I had an amazing Experience with same-day garage door. Our repair tech came promptly on time, explained what was broken, and what would need to be fixed as well as all the future issues we may encounter. He was very understanding and accommodating, as well as Walked me through all of my options for repair. Definitely would recommend.

Google5My experience was Same-Day Garage Door Service was excellent. Caleb explained all my options clearly and concisely. I chose an option after he presented, and he completed the work same day, actually on the same trip as the estimate. He had everything in his truck that was needed. He displayed a high-level of integrity, and I would certainly recommend him to my friends for any garage door service. I plan to have them do annual maintenance on my garage as well.

Yelp5Garage door broke after a decade, and their customer service was immediately responsive. Tyler came out the same day, and was able to diagnose and let us know what needed to be done. I scheduled for the next day, was communicative of when they would show up (including a text for when Tyler was on his way) and showed up directly on time. Garage works great!

Yelp5You know that friend you call when something goes wrong in your house? That person you've known for years? That's what it felt like when Caleb showed up. Friendly and professional with a smile. Our door popped the lower roller out of the track, so Caleb took some time to analyze what might have happened, then offered more than a few options for repair. In the end he replaced the aged metal rollers for quiet nylon rollers and performed a regular service adjustment for the door. The door now moves very smoothly and quietly and it's a relief that the door won't get off the tracks again. Thanks, Caleb!

Yelp5Called on a Sunday morning and they were able to come within 45 minutes of me calling. I thought it was going to end up being an easy fix, unfortunately it was not. Tyler gave us options on how to move forward. He was transparent and honest in his opinion. We ultimately chose to replace the garage door opener as our current one was about 15 years old. He had a couple on hand and installed it quickly. After installation he walked me through everything, including the app and it's features. Great customer service, highly recommend!

Google5We have had a great experience with Same Day Garage Door Service. They replaced our garage doors for us and the whole process took less than a month from our decision to enlist their services to the doors being fully installed, even when we chose custom doors. The company is run by a pair of brothers who are friendly and professional, and they installed the doors themselves with their (also friendly) specialist installer Alan. The doors are only a day old at this point, but so far they look great, and they are smooth and quiet to run. We're very happy, and would definitely recommend them.

Yelp5I had called various other places to see if they could come the same day (Sunday) and only Same Day Garage Door service (as their name implies) responded quickly and were able to accommodate. Caleb arrived and he was professional and courteous. He fixed the issue I had and recommended what may need to be done in the future. Overall a good experience.
