Doorhouse did a lousy job. Cost us $154...charged full amount and tech couldn't fix car clicker as requested after he spent lots of time reading car owners manual....did sell us a new universal clicker when we already had 2 good ones. Called Taylor who could care less we were not satisfied A rip off job.. Did not fix Entry Pad

Tayler did a great job on my repair over a year ago. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and got the job done quickly. The costs are very reasonable. A year later, I had a separate issue come up just this week, and I immediately knew I wanted to call up The Doorhouse again!

New doors and openers installed in 2020. Great service, very reasonable prices. Since then we've had 2 instances where we needed them to come out and look at the door for an adjustment and both times they came out quickly and in our case there was no additional cost for the simple fixes. Highly recommend.

Bought a garage door & opener from The Doorhouse in 2008. It has worked flawlessly for over 10 years. I was messing around with programming HomeLink on one of my cars and somehow I made the opener malfunction. I called The Doorhouse and they offered support over the phone and set up a time to come out and give a free estimate on the repairs. Fortunately, it turned out to just be a fluke and the opener started working again, but they were just so helpful and since the door was installed so solidly that over 10 years later it hasn't needed a single tune up or adjustment made me think that it was time to write a review for this great local company!

I had door spring broken at the time the right side cable was off. The company replaced the spring in May 2015. Less than a year, the same cable was off again, the company fixed the problem without charging said they have two year warranty, the same cable was off again a week ago, this time the owner insisted the cable off is not their installation problem, and billed $144 without changing any parts. This was very bad experience to continue to work with this company. Poor quality of service.

Originally told installation would be scheduled farther out. When they realized our door had been damaged to the point we could not secure the house, they agreed to juggle their schedule and come right away. Helped us with options for decorative windows. Installer was on-time, very professional, cleaned up after finished. We got exactly what they promised at a fair price. Great business to work with. The bid was for $3000. It is an out of the ordinary job. I am pretty pleased at the bid price. The guys who put our fence in recommended them and every recommendation they have given me in the past has worked really well. My wife got a good impression from the man who came out to look at everything. The bidding was right, they were quick and they were very good at answering questions that I had. I decided to go with the replacement and called Kelly. I followed up a week or so later and he had the opener, could install the next day. He came out on time, quickly replaced the opener, cleaned up everything, and, installed a keypad. The price was exactly what he quoted, and it was slightly lower than other quotes I'd received. The new opener is quiet, operates smoothly, and the light works! Services Rendered: An automatic garage door opener had quit working (after 17 years) and I called Kelly to take a look at it. He came out the same day I called, determined it couldn't be repaired & needed replacement. He also talked with me about alternatives to a replacement, i.e. turning it into a manual garage door, and what would be needed/cost. He answered some general questions I had about lighting provided by the garage door opener, a keypad installation, some general repair recommendations for the doors.

COMPANY SEEMED PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ADJUSTED THE SPRING WITH NUMEROUS TURNS UNTIL IT OPENED AND CLOSED WITH EASE. SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS DONE AND THE TIME IT TOOK. Services Rendered: I HAD AN OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS SPRING ADJUSTED. WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND HEAVY TO LIFT.
