Was going to have multiple jobs done, siding, facia, soffits, windows, rain gutters with covers totalling over $20,000. I called on an issue with insulation and was told I would receive a call back, which never came. So I went to the office to put down a deposit for the job and get clarification on the insulation. I felt it might need to be added onto the job. The office gal went and told the gentleman overseeing the job I needed to talk to him. ***** came out acting put out that he had to talk to me. I tried to explain what I was talking about and he started arguing with me. He didn't seem to want to listen to what I was saying. So I suggested that he come out to the house and see. He told me that he could tell what type of person I was and that they wouldn't be doing our job. I was shocked and insulted. Now he doesn't know me from **** and I AM THE CUSTOMER who was going to be paying for the work. I do not understand his attitude and hostility. He should have handled it better. I dealt with the office girls and the gentlemen that came out to measure (I even helped him measure) and had no problems. It seems that *************** the common denominator on other negative reviews. I am glad that the company is doing so well that they can treat people however they want and can turn down decent sized jobs. I do not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated respectful.
